Today, 12-26-24, I went to this urgent care after my insurance teledoc told me to go as soon as possible to an urgent care. I waited roughly 3 hours to be seen. However, I fully understood. It was the day after Christmas, so a lot of people were there, and the doctor was short staffed.

Front desk ladies seemed overwhelmed and slightly stressed but I could tell they were still trying to be friendly and respectful. I also witnessed them handle a somewhat difficult person and I feel they treated them very well and did whatever they could to help them.

Even with the long wait, I am still satisfied with the care I received as the doctor was very personable, even remembering when I had shown up initially and apologies while explaining the current situation. He also diagnosed me with the same illness as the teledoc did, so he is very knowledgeable and not just trying to rush you in and out. I will continue to use this urgent care any time I need.

Very pleased with the level of care I received, very friendly receptions and the care staff were great and helpful and knowledgeable and respectful. I even had to return to get a copy of some paperwork and they didn’t charge me a fee nor give me a hard time even with them having a lot of patients in the waiting area…. I have always been grateful for the level of care I have received from them.. Highly recommended !!!!

By far upset with this doctor went to him cause my son was having a cough for 4 days it is now day six took him to a different urgent care and they tell me he has an infection and a UTI so glad I came to a different urgent care that will not rush your visit and also make sure you get the treatment you need please avoid this place by any cost if you can not worth going here at all!!!! So disappointed( No you claimed he had redness in his throat and minor cough but did not prescribe anything but cough medicine!!!)

I had never visited a Urgent Care here in the high desert and for me this was a great experience. Normally I am down the hill and deal with Different Urgent Care and very disappointed. This one is by far the Best. Got lost and called and the young lady at the front desk assisted in getting me direction. Upon arriving was greeted with a smile. Filled the paperwork and was seen in less than 15m. Had preliminary check with nurse and Doctor came not long after that. Got checked and send prescription to pharmacy. 5minute later pharmacy send text. What great flow and professionalism. You guys should have a Award on how to run a Urgent Care for the rest of the one's down the hill. I am very impressed and would like thank you all. May this facility be Bless.

They didn’t take very long for me to be seen. Found out what my problem was. Pretty quick and I was treated well. Okay, it has been a few days since I was here. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone working hard here. I’m feeling much better now. I will finish my prescriptions as ordered.

I am from out of state, have an insurance that isn’t common. I said if you guys don’t take it it’s alright, I am willing to pay cash. The receptionist then said she cannot do that and called it insurance fraud.

I am a patient for over 5 years i really wish Dr De La Llana would make some changes, first alot of the front staff have become rude to people calling in and hang up abruptly, the other Dr Yohanes refuses to do over the phone visists which its not due to be able to seeing symptoms in person its due to medical not paying as much, so lets get this clinic back together before people like myself start finding a new Dr, just the fact that the staff has become so rude. Btw im sure the Dr will know who this is so Doc you should clearly see from a patient who has been with you guys for so long deserves a little more respect when i call in.

On this particular day 11am the front desk female was not friendly seemed overwhelmed with checking patients in. There were only 2 others patients in the lobby. All the other staff was great though. Friendly with smiles. Provider is a great listener and thorough.
