Been coming here since they opened in Beauregard. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the environment is clean and relaxed. Dr. Roach and Nurse Katie are very professional and will do whatever he can to help their patients. Another plus is not having long waiting time to see the doctor (even when there are a lot patients at once.) I'm always in and out in about an hour and very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Roach and Katie truly listens to what you have to say and works with you rather than other doctors who see you for a couple of seconds to ask if you are okay then sends you on your way. Beauregard never had a medical clinic until they came to town, now Beauregard has the BEST medical clinic around!

Made an appointment because of fever and flu like symptoms last year. Reported it to receptionist while making the appointment. I came in to earliest appointment, 3 days later, to be informed that they aren't accepting sick patients due to covid. I understand that, but my symptoms were made clear when the appointment was made! Why would you allow the appointment to be scheduled knowing you weren't accepting patients with those symptoms?
More recently I had a hip injury and was sent for x-rays. They do x-rays in office but scheduled my appointment for after the tech was gone for the day knowing that it was a hip injury that might need x-rays. There was no follow up other than to call me the next week to tell me nothing was broken. I called repeatedly over the next few weeks to assert that something was severely wrong, and that my pain was getting worse every day as my mobility was declining. I wind up in the er, and after further tests that should have been ran already, it was discovered that I have extreme bruising of my hip bone and my joint is deteriorating due to excessive fluid build up and clotting in socket. This could have been avoided. Now I go to the hip surgeon, Dr. Lyle next week. Thanks for giving my health such priority.
