Supposed to get a package yesterday and the mail person lied saying front door not accessible.
Today I started calling the post office at 8a.m. til noon. I called 22 times with no answer. Hard to believe that no one was there.
So sick of this post office. The mail person stuffs as much as possible in our mail box, to the point that things get ripped or throws package out halfway down our driveway. I have witnessed him just throwing package out of his truck into our driveway.
Horrible service.
An employee there warned that if you get a post office box in a surrounding town that the post master will Not forward your mail, that she gets pissed and throws your mail away

Friendly people who try their best and who have a very difficult job. I think, as a Becket person, that we are very lucky to have them helping our community! Five stars to this group (but I do miss Ryan)!

Worst post office and employees. Constantly losing packages and mail. Constantly have neighbors dropping off mail that got delivered wrong. Carriers pick up slips in wrong mail boxes and then not checking identification at pick up. The employees are so rude. one lady yelled at me and called me names because I came into post office looking for my lost package. Which turns out they gave to the wrong person. Lost package includes my daughter’s photos and personal information, she is a child. They don’t care.

I am not sure why anybody would pay for a PO Box at the worst post office in the world.

The older lady with gray hair is the rudest lady I’ve ever met in my life.

She has the same excuse any time you ask her anything “ I’m by myself”

How she still has a job is beyond me.

Mail shows online ready for pick up but instead we have to wait all day for this incompetent lady to move like a snail and drop off our mail.

The inside was dead she could’ve just handed me my mail, but instead, she has no Will to offer any customer service

I will be canceling my PO Box if anyone with any sense runs this place. Do yourself a favor and send her to the unemployment line.

I went in because I had received notifications that my packages were being held for pickup in the becket location. I walked in and the woman working the desk was the rudest human I've ever met. All I did was ask if my packages were there and she was so nasty in her responses. I hope to never have to go there again.

Package said out for delivery on Saturday morning at 6:30 AM. Mail delivery came at 10 AM with NO PACKAGE OR SLIP for my package. I Received an email at 10 AM saying that my package was ready for pick up. I didn't get that email until 11:30. Oh and go figure they were closed. How lazy are they that they couldn't put a slip in my box. What's the point in paying for shipping if they can't deliver the package

This place is wicked awesome, my favorite hangout! Don't forget to order from the secret menu, they even stock the finest glitter to fill the return envelopes of those pesky bill collectors. Once wrote on a potato and mailed it to my teacher. Must try the crab fritters!

I am so tired of the incompetence of this post office. Half the time I don't get my bills until after the due date. Today I put mail out to be picked up and the driver went right past even though my flag was up. I tried to flag him down but of course why would he turn around. I had packages left out in the elements and not found until the snow melted. Which by the way was uniforms for my husband's job. What a joke.
