They were good until they decided to stop taking insurance. When I expressed concern to the secretary that they might lose business she shrugged and said “it’s hard to find a doctor”. Dr. Norris never bothered to mention it at all during my appointment (they just left a pile of letters explaining at front desk). There was no offer to help find anyone else. I respect Dr. Norris as a doctor, but as a business I hope they fail in the same way they failed their clients.

Update 2024: Later they said they would send medical records when I requested. They did not and repeatedly failed to follow through. Dr. Norris has since left the practice, but the office staff continues to be bad. Find somewhere else.

Quite literally the worst and most unorganized place I've been too. If you need something done or done quick your better off going anywhere else or doing it urself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

I have never felt taken care of before and at age 39 realized that I needed to be. Dr Norris , Diane and Kathy are amazing people . If you’re struggling ,reach out ,and I promise if you get help anywhere it will be here. I’m so grateful to have found this amazing place that , now at age 42 , I feel healthy and happy most of the time. It’s made me grateful for everything good in my life and a better mother . Thank you so much for all of your help you’re the best call I ever made 3 years ago.
