I have been a patient for almost a year!
I've had great experience with the doctors, they are all great but the reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of their office staff! They are horrible, to begin with they are horrible at answering their phones and when you finally talk to them they don't try to help or they say they will but they never call back! They also don't call to remind you of appointments like any other doctor's office normally does. I've had an issue with my insurance for over a month, my insurance covers mental health but the office staff never submitted information to my insurance and because of that I haven't been able to get my weekly therapy in over a month! I've called and talked to Ileana and Kevin to help me they always say they will but they never call me back! I wish I could talk to the owner of this clinic because I wonder if he is aware that due to his office staff not doing their job they are loosing a lot of patients! The reason I haven't left is because I love my doctors and because this clinic is located close to my house! I've explained to them several times how important my weekly therapy is for me and they don't do anything about it! I'm not waiting any longer I will start looking for different doctors! So sad all this happening because of unprofessional office staff! I'm very upset about this situation because nothing like this ever happened to me before!
Hopefully this problem with office staff gets solved soon.
I know I'm not the only one complaining about this problem!
These doctors will be loosing a lot of patients and it's not their fault.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Peraza— 100% recommend her! She is awesome; she listened carefully to all of my needs and concerns, addressed them thoroughly, offered me great advice.. very kind, intelligent, and genuine care (which is a must in this field). So happy to have met her, sincerely. Left the appointment feeling better than I came in and look forward to talking with her again. Highly recommend this doctor. Thank you.

I have had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is calming, and the office is clean and well-organized.

I have been a patient here for years but only due to the convenience of already being their patient. I have seen so many of the psychiatrists here and most range from absolutely uncaring to cold to rude and pompous. After dealing with a painful loss I even had one ask me why I would be possibly be sad as no one had ever told me I couldn't have (more) children. To top it off it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office.

These last interactions (or lack of) have been the final straw for me. I was prescribed new meds, I called my pharmacy to check on the status only to find out (after various phone calls to the office) that after my appointment the meds were changed without my knowledge. I was then prescribed something I was scared to take, I voiced my concerns as this medication is pretty infamous for it's adverse side effects and for having a high tendency to cause them. I was told that all medications cause side effects (ok, sure.) I took it for a few days and I started to feel awful and weird. I called them several times, like I said before getting someone on the line is a feat within itself, and eventually left a voicemail asking for a callback letting them know I wasn't feeling well on these new meds. It has been weeks and I never heard from them. I ended up in the hospital and had to get off of it myself. Those meds ended up being a nightmare and I had no psych to help me through it.

Now they are blowing up my phone but only because they want me to answer for my "appointment" one that they never schedule with you. It is done randomly and without your consent of date or time. In all honesty, they don't even have a set time. They'll call you when they call you. You can be waiting all day for your appointment sometimes.

It is clear that billing my insurance is the driving factor in my care with this office. I'd never hear from them otherwise.
