Some of the most PHENOMENAL staff members I've encountered in a treatment facility. They have the most AMAZING team at BrightView...so very sad that they will be closing.

Whoever gains this team as their employees will be very lucky....5 stars across the board!!!

I have been a patient since before the switch to “brightview health”. It used to be “Column Health”, this is about 4 years time. In that time I have had FOUR counselors, they all quit, THREE separate medical staff and Two psychiatrists. There is zero consistency. I had great staff that helped in my recovery immensely. But as a whole this place does not care about their patients. They rushed my care due to their “closing” in February, gave zero help, no recourses. I don’t believe in putting people into a treatment plan, including medications and basically leaving patients to fend for themselves, with or without medication that will send you back to detox where you started. Ugly program.

As of this posting, we’ve been working with Column Health since they took over management of our previous providers’ facility. The service has been generally fine, which is the important part; their brand new offices however are extremely lacking in client awareness: the music was blaring in the reception area, making it damn near impossible for a person even with standard hearing to follow the receptionist’s conversation; none of the furniture was cleanable in the waiting area and offices- like they forgot there’s still a pandemic going on. We couldn’t sit down anywhere (there was also animal hair on the seats, and we have allergies). Getting to the office (at least prior to finishing construction) was miserable, and if you need mobility assistance, be sure to bring it for the hike, which they don’t warn anyone about.
Column Health could very much make admin improvements for the mentally/neurological diverse patients they work FOR.

Doctors in LAWRENCE ,M.A. office forget REPEATEDLY TO THEIR JOB. Many times I have not been able to aquire my prescription due to the doctors oversight.
This is what happens when a local office turns nation wide, the patients pay the price, both literally and figuratively.
Do your diligence and really try to find a place you can rely on.

They suck. They forget your prescription basically setting you up to relapse. Even their therapists leave not long after they start so don't get comfortable with them. The ONLY reason I'm still with them is I'm medically handcuffed. HORRIBLE AND NO CLUE WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY'LL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON ANYWAY.

This the place , professional people and even more than words can splaind. Here is the support, challenge, understanding with out doubts judges o differences between patients and providers o Doctors... I highly recommend this one Colum health is what you need if you need help. I meet my seboxone providers, therapist and support groups through zoom and in person!!!!

This place is absolutely awful since it's switched from column health to brightview. They constantly screw up prescriptions and overbook appointments you can tell it's not about helping people anymore it's all about the money for them stay away unless you want to relapse
