My kid went here and the staff were cold cold cold, did not care at all and constantly misgendered my child. The social worker was wonderful, Abram, and a nurse name Laquita but the front door person, front desk and nurses seriously are suffering from compassion fatigue. They just don’t care any more. We took him home after one night. They don’t even have beds, they all have to sleep in a single large room with chars that fold out into beds. I could see this environment making depression so much worse. DO NOT GO HERE.

I would like to let you know that this facility sometimes doesn't take any more patients after a certain time because they can be limited on available staff. Otherwise this is a nice clean facility. Wait time a little long and air conditioning a bit too cold so bring a jacket. Staff are nice and doctors actually spend a little time with patients which is a bonus because mental health patients usually get treated like 3rd class citizens and aren't given time to talk.

When your kids were sent there by sheriff and ordered by the school, it is terrible experience there. First, they never let you talk/see your kids untill you signed the paper work. The answer is always your kids did not want to talk/see your parents. It seems as kidnapping your kids, block the communication, even through phone call. When you need to know what's happened on your kids in school and need to know what's happen, they just did not let you see/talk with your kids. Just smiled told you that, you kids is safe inside. Especially when you request to let them give your kids some items such as clothes, please mark your kid name on each. Otherwise, they never retrieve back to you. Be careful on your school consoler, who sent your kids here and never contact with you and no explanation just to protect your kids because your kids had himself-killed trend!!!!!!!!!

They implanted my brain with some kind of radio transceiver. After they discharged me, at times I started to hear a random high frequency noise, and when that happens I immediately lose every ability to maintain concentration and focus. I study computer science ironically enough and this is an emerging field that’s called “brain computer interface” and the technology used is a grain of rise sized, heat powered microcomputer. They used to call people names for thinking that this kind of stuff existed but it is real. They implanted your brain in your sleep, and they never let you leave before sleep. They never provide the surveillance camera recordings to “prove” that they left you alone in your sleep, even though they claim to record 24/7. These are weird people

Just took my daughter. They were NOT helpful. It seemed like I just left a drug dealers. All they did was prescribe her some pills and that’s it. Do not go to these people. They don’t care. They just care about money and get people more hooked on dope.

Best urgent mental health clinic! Clean, polite staff (unlike exodus on marengo) they treat patients with respect! Was given proper patient time! Best! Smells good, parking is free! Open late!

I got admitted here not to long ago. The fist few hours were honestly the worst but mainly cause personal issues. It was overall a great even though I had stayed over night. I wish I could remember her name but OH MY GOD SHE WAS THE ONLY REASON I WAS SMILING THE LAST HOUR OF MY STAY! She was so sweet and we just had a conversation about our life’s and it genuinely made me feel comfortable and at ease. If she see’s this review I hope her nephew is doing well and I hope she’s doing amazingly! Best staff all around fr 😭
