I felt that I was pushed through very quickly after the initial intake. For the most part, so long as I said everything was fine, they would continue to fill my prescriptions. Eventually, all they did was fill prescriptions… no further evaluations, no reassessments. Due to turnover, I went through three different med providers… no new intakes, no in person appointments; they just continued to fill the meds the first provider prescribed. Eventually, I just stopped taking the meds, because I felt they were working. No one called to check on why I was no longer requesting refills, or to ask if I was still in need of services. I was left to slip through the cracks.

Dr.B I’ve been fortunate enough to have as my psychiatrist for some 20 or more years is excellent!! He is always there for me and others when issues arise and quick to try a solution to improve my quality of life.Sometimes the road can be very turbulent as is living with depression and GAD,I find the staff for the most part to be very kind supportive and caring in my situation.I have recommended BHS to several people I know,It truly takes a special kind of person to do the job they do .It’s not everyone but it’s not a perfect world either.I thank them and DrB E.Caracciolo 🌈😇♥️can’t leave out office Abdul manager always available to help with difficult situations very caring with clients 👏👏👏🌈😇

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin. The staff is efficient, and I was seen promptly seen without a long wait. Kevin took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming, which made the whole experience more pleasant. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I appreciated how flexible the office was with my schedule. Dr. Bahnassi has been providing treatment to my 2 children for 1.5 years now. He and is office staff are always willing to help and accommodate all the children’s needs…. Appointments, medications, etc. Also they were very supportive in an emergency situation with my daughter earlier this year. Outstanding, professional & Caring!!!

Sherrie is late for every appointment, no call no show more than once. The office staff barely speaks English when you call in. They do not refill prescriptions by pharmacy request you have to call in and hope they do it that week.

Find a better provider.

My daughter is a patient. They failed to send me the link for the zoom call, then after Ken promised it would be resolved, they said it was late Friday and they might not get to it. I don’t have a massive problem with the professional staff, but their secretarial staff and communication is a disaster. The 3.whatever rating is completely deserved because of this.

We held on for as long as we could with this agency due to how difficult it has become to find BH providers taking new patients. I finally had to throw in the towel. Medication management here is a joke. The Psychiatic NP we have been dealing with is a puppet who just recites words from a script every time you talk to him. Strangest medical professional I have ever meet. No matter how many times we told him that we felt the medication wasn't working, he pretty much showed zero interest in our experience and was unwilling to even entertain the idea of trying other medications. I found him to be pretty useless overall and his robotic script-reading demeanor was borderline creepy. I also agree with the other reviews concerning the front desk staff and how challenging it is to understand them.

Abdul, the office manager, is vey helpful and kind. When I call for help, he is always there to answer my questions and support my son. I really appreciate all he does for my family. He is truly one of the best! Additionally, all of the staff are helpful and attentive.
