Bellevue Career College has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. At 17, I faced significant life transitions, including relocating from Las Vegas to California and experiencing homelessness. I chose to pursue my long-held dream of a nursing career at Bellevue, inspired by a family member’s positive experience with the program and instructor, Nurse Williams. This decision proved to be life-altering.
From the outset, I felt a strong sense of belonging at Bellevue. The welcoming environment, cultivated by both the staff and students, created a supportive community. I promptly enrolled in the CNA/HHA program and formed close bonds with my cohort. Despite the demands of a considerable daily commute for evening classes, I remained committed to attending and actively participating. The exceptional instruction and consistent support at Bellevue exceeded all expectations, building my confidence and preparing me thoroughly for the certification exams.
Serving as cohort president provided invaluable leadership experience and reinforced my dedication to nursing. I am deeply grateful for the connections I made with my peers and instructors, especially Nurse Williams and Ms. Lopez. The graduation and pinning ceremony was a poignant celebration of our accomplishments, and I cherished the opportunity to contribute by speaking and singing.
I successfully passed my exams and earned my CNA/HHA license and BLS certification. At 18, I am now in stable housing, employed as a CNA, and pursuing my RN degree with aspirations of specializing in anesthesiology and forensic nursing. This remarkable transformation occurred within just four months of starting at Bellevue.
The supportive atmosphere and the unwavering dedication of the instructors, particularly Nurse Williams and Ms. Lopez, have been essential to my success. I am sincerely thankful for their guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support.
For prospective students considering Bellevue, I highly recommend following your intuition and exploring the program. While it requires an investment, the transformative potential and the close-knit community make it an incredibly valuable experience. My time at Bellevue has been profoundly positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a rewarding career in nursing.

Bellevue College is not only an amazing program, but a life-changing experience. You will be pushed to your fullest potential, and then once you achieve that, Ms. Williams will elevate your personal and professional growth to a level that you thought was previously unattainable! She is a great mentor and will provide you with a support system unlike any other. I’m not exaggerating when I say that Ms. Williams, Ms. Lopez, and all the wonderful staff that comprise Bellevue Career College will start you off strong on a journey that will easily lead you down the path towards the rest of your successful career. I sought out this program on a whim, on a random desire to find something better out there for myself, and I feel so incredibly blessed to have been a part of this amazing community of strong and intelligent people ready to learn and ready to change lives! Ms. Williams from Bellevue Career College of Nursing as an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) instructor. Having had the privilege of being a student in her class, I can confidently say that Ms. Williams possesses all the qualities of an outstanding educator and mentor.

She shows a tremendous depth of knowledge in the field of nursing, which she expresses with clarity and enthusiasm. Ms. Williams ensures that each student not only understands the theoretical aspects of the curriculum but also gains practical, hands-on experience that is crucial for success in the healthcare environment. Her teaching methods are both innovative and effective, making complex concepts accessible, engaging, and understandable for all students.

Even beyond her teaching abilities, Ms. Williams is deeply committed to the success and well-being of her students. She provides personalized support and encouragement, fostering a learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated to achieve their best. She expresses empathy and patience at a great level. She uses resources even outside of herself to provide us with knowledge and real hands on experience. I strongly recommend Bellevue College for any teaching or mentoring role within the nursing field. I drove over 60 miles to experience this school simply off of recommendation by a previous student and placed no hesitation to sign up based on my first experience touring the school. I respect her decision making and value all feedback she provides me with regarding my education. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care for students make her an invaluable asset to her students and I would bet almost anyone she comes in contact with. Mrs. Williams is an exceptional person, she takes you by the hand throughout the entire process before, during and after finishing the course. She is very professional, she has a humorous and fun way of teaching which makes you feel more relaxed. I was lucky enough to take both courses, CNA and CHHA. It was the best decision in my life. Enrolling in the CNA course at Bellevue was one of the best decisions I’ve made! This program was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Ms. Williams, Ms. Lopez, and Ms. B were always there to support, motivate, and cheer the whole class on. Their passion for teaching and dedication to their students made learning both engaging and inspiring.

Not only did I gain valuable nursing skills, but I also built confidence in myself—especially in test-taking and hands-on patient care. I completed my CNA and HHA training at Bellevue and it was so amazing. The instructors set you up for success and give you more than enough knowledge to pass state boards. The accelerated program is tough, but it's so worth getting state certified in less than 2 months. I will forever be grateful to Ms. Williams, Mrs. Boyd, and Ms. Lopez for showing me the Bellevue way!

I just completed my HHA (Home Health Aide) as of 1/31 and I am beyond ecstatic! I was referred to Bellevue by a close friend after completing my CNA certification and it was the best experience for me. Not only was I able to learn with this school but I was able to gain valuable relationships with my teacher Ms.Williams and the school assistant Ms.Lopez! It's literally a professional but family oriented environment where you're able to get the support you need inside and outside the classroom that will help you succeed!
