This place is amazing! With Rob and Alex providing excellent customer service and always having the supplies we need. I have to say that Rob has always been customer oriented and it's refreshing to see that good old fashion customer service still exists! I definitely recommend Bellevue Medical Supply for all your Supply needs and say hi to Rob and Alex when you go in. Thanks to Bellevue, Rob and Alex!!

Looking for a transit wheelchair for my wife. After narrowing choices on web site went to store and worked with Danielle.
She was great. Although they did not the model I wanted, she called close by stores and reserved one for me Bellingham.
Bellingham staff were helpful explaining paperwork and requirements for getting Medicare reimbursement.

I use Bellevue Healthcare in Burlington for my CPAP/BiPAP machine and supplies. Rob is friendly, knowledgeable and available. I have been well treated each time I call or come in.

This is a bad resource for healthcare the building is not handicapped assessable
No ramp... no curb help to load equipment
No handicap parking spaces
Not able to put the patient name on the paper work... Not willing to help adjust equipment or demonstrate how to adjust equipment to person who was going to need to use the scooter
Not will to correct paperwork to user name
Not their policy to do corrections

Ordered a wheelchair and paid for extra accessories over a month late on delivery and they still don't know when it will ship from the manufacturer? Do they even try to make it right? NO they blame the manufacturer for all delays and screw there customers in the process.

Horrible customer service. Be prepared to call them at every step of the process during a DME order. I have had multiple patients waiting for weeks for DME, only to find out Bellevue Healthcare isn’t contracted with their insurance. Apparently they can’t be bothered to contact the patient or the provider.
