Bellevue Healthcare delivered a hospital bed and wheelchair to our home for my mother, who was enrolled in the Hospice program. All representatives were courteous and extremely helpful. When the first bed did not work out, another was delivered in a timely manner, making a difference to a 92 year old woman and her comfort level. Well I went here to get my mom a shoulder sling when she had broke her shoulder but she weighs barely 100 lb so when I purchased the sling I had told the girl that I wasn't sure if it was going to fit and she failed to mention that apparently because of hygienic issues it cannot be returned. So it's my fault for not returning it within the 10-day time slot however I was not informed that they could not be returned and given the fact that my mom is Tiny I wasn't sure if it was going to fit and I do believe I told the girl that when I was buying it. So if at any point you need to return anything at all that hasn't even touched your mom's skin then don't go here. And be sure to ask if you're buying something if it can be returned just in case you get the wrong information.
