My mother-in-law has been a resident here for three years now. She has Alzheimer’s and she absolutely loves it here. The rooms are cozy, very nice & roomy. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the facility is impeccably clean and decorated nicely. ALL the staff here is absolutely amazing and they have various things to entertain the residents. Overall, it is a very happy, upbeat, personable, friendly environment! It’s top-notch! I am personally so impressed by Belmont Village and relieved that she’s there because she’s very well taken care of.

My mom was a resident of Belmont for two years and enjoyed living in such a beautiful place. She made many friends and all the staff was very attentive and helpful. My mom needed extra care toward the end of her life and Belmont was able to provide everything she needed. It was great knowing she was always safe and had the best care possible. I loved visiting on a regular basis and always felt so welcome by everyone at Belmont Village.

This review is for the Memory Care floor at Belmont Village. An incredible place, so much care, and attention to detail. The facility looks like an upscale apartment building and is spotless, brand new and always kept at the perfect temperature. Never too hot or cold, which is important for seniors. My family member lived here, and the minute he moved in we could see a difference, his face brightened, he loved all the special attention and care. Every time I visited - there was always a new engaging game and activity taking place. Their staff is well trained and knowledgable. Could not recommend this place more more. Don't hesitate!

Belmont Village is the most advanced Memory Care facility I have ever seen. Not to mention that it is beautiful so up to date plenty of very caring, helpful employees, with a program focused on helping and improving the lives of Alzheimer residence, all while having a very good time. They aren’t there just for a job. They are there to change the lives of many to come. What a wonderful place.

Staff at Belmont is caring and friendly. Leah Hadley is very professional and takes great care of her memory care patients. Keeps the families informed. Two of my favorite Pals are: Jonathan and Rosalie!
The rooms had been messy for a few weeks when you were down in housekeeping, but it seems better now. Thank you!

Staff was wonderful. They do an amazing job. And always so polite, professional, and good-spirited. And full of smiles and laughs. I am terrible with names, so that I only recall one: Jennifer. She was wonderful but as always the 3 servers were great, Circle Leader great, but I cannot recall their names. Even housekeeping staff were polite and smiling.

This is place is really bad. They will suck you dry money wise. Customer service is horrible. Employees are paid minimum wage, don’t expect much

Today, as always, everyone was so helpful, even though there was a lot happening - 2 firetrucks and an ambulance arrived to assist a resident while I was trying to get my mom out for a dr apt. When we returned they had set aside a table for us to celebrate her birthday and the whole staff was quite solicitous towards mom and really made her feel special. The food was excellent, which we told the chef as he came out to see how things were going. Just a great place where I know mom is cared for, safe and having fun.
