This place offers an absolutely awesome service to its clients. They treat their clients with complete respect that they completely deserve. They work with them and help them to achieve individual goals and help enrich their lives. For this I would highly recommend them. As an employee, I do not recommend them at all. A person can be reprimanded simply because one person reports something, without discussing with the person, only telling them what they are being reprimanded for and commencing with punishment. I felt this was entirely inappropriate, as I, a responsible adult, was told I was "A rebel like that" about smoking, which I did use the rebel line but it had nothing to do with smoking. I'm a 43-year old, responsible adult. I do feel I have reasonable common sense. My "Trainer/supervisor kept walking away, leaving me. I was left setting for over a half hour with no direction on my first day with no direction. This is not a normal job where you can just go "find" something to do. These people have schedules and regimens that have to be followed. You can't change or disrupt things. So I waited. I was also reprimanded for "slouching" which I was never informed prior was an issue nor was it written anywhere in the handbook. So my supervisor was told about a comment out of context, slouching and I had closed my eyes and was "presumed" sleeping even though I continued to converse with every client who approached me and I was reprimanded and sent home 2 hours early while I was supposed to be being trained yet my trainer was not with me and hadn't been for at least half hour to forty five minutes. I went home, thought about it for a fee hours and decided I didn't want to work for a place who handled their employees in such a manner. I would not work here. But I most certainly would recommend my own family to use them for any needed services.
