Jones may not be seen as good by some, but as a patient there on several occasions I can say that overall it’s a good place with kind hearted staff. The doctors were great, the therapists, the floor watch. They were genuine, had a good sense of humor, and provided patients with a safe environment to focus on their mental health. The med nurses there were a bit harder to like but some were great. One of them was easy to talk to and shared some stories and showed some pictures of her family, which was very sweet. Dangerous and unsafe behavior of course is going to be taken seriously and there were moments where I didn’t quite get along with everyone, but I know that they were just doing their jobs. Thank you for helping me, even during the moments where I was extremely difficult to deal with.

Less than 1. This site makes it difficult to even make a review. I was called asked questions regarding my loved one. Then when they didn't like what I said, hung up. I called back, was accused of yelling (honey I was a cheerleader) I was not. Hung up on again. Then called back spoke to a so called doctor. He Said no I wasn't yelling but once again didn't like what I said & then hung up. look at ur records. & stop . Do u r job u are being paid for. You people are are a disgrace. We pay or in some Instances our state for you to do ur job. FREAG'N DO IT

Egomaniacs who moved a patient with sound sensativity issues to a room with sounds when she wouldn't cooperate. They are rude to patients and family I wouldn't send anyone you love here. She still has terrible memories of this place and wasn't the same after.

As was said by others - Useless, despicable excuses for human beings. They do not help, they make things worse. There is no help for mental illness here, or anywhere in Berkshire county - it's just about abusing, victimizing, and blaming the patient and bilking Mass Health for profit.
