This place is fraudulent. I used this medical doctor for the first time last year to renew my MMIC prescription. Last year I had no issues. I received an emailed copy of my prescription within the hour and was mailed my hard copy with the most important piece of the prescription which is the physician attestation form needed to send in a package to the MMIC review board within days. This past October 1,2024 before my prescription expired the office manager Florence Cruz called and asked did I want to renew my prescription and if I did so that day I would receive a discounted price. I said great as long as she had the doctor approve the prescription at the beginning of December when my recommendation was actually expired. She said no problem. Fast forward December 12 I still had not received my recommendation with all the paperwork like last year. I proceeded to call every week asking for my hard copies to the point Florence started to screen my calls and I had to call from different numbers. Finally I was able to connect with Florence the first week in January and asked point blank “I want a refund.” She said “we don’t give refunds.”I said “Well I’ve yet to receive my paperwork. You are just gonna rob me of my money and not give me my services rendered?” She said and I quote “ I will send it certified mail and call you with a tracking number. But if you want your money back dispute the charges on your card” knowing full well I sent a Zelle to her name to pay for the recommendation. Which is unrecoverable. Fast forward until today the only thing I’ve received is the recommendation in the mail without the essential physician attestation form needed to complete the required paperwork. These people are criminals. Do not waste your money on these frauds. I’m in the process of reporting them to the medical board. I’ve made 2 yelp reviews in my life. One was 5 star to the best personal injury attorneys in LA BD&J and the bums at Best(Worst) Price Evaluations. So u know everything I just wrote is legit factual.
