My health insurance sent me papers, stating this is the hospital that would be convenient for me. As well, (assigned) me a PCP. So I call the hospital to set up an appointment, and apparently "according to the receiptsionist", they are not accepting new patients. Even though I was assigned a PCP!! AND TO TOP IT OFF THE SITE SAYS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. very inconvenient.

During afternoon hours, the outdoor Covid testing center was unstaffed and unguarded, all of the laptops, documents, and email accounts were open and accessible to anyone. Great risk of unauthorized parties stealing or accessing your medical information and records.

Inexcusable standards that pose a great information security breach.

They use "doctors" who will put lies on your medical records, in violation of your rights! This will make it impossible to get care you need and deserve in the future!
