Great experience every visit. Been with them for a few years now. I absolutely LOVE my doctor and the staff have been efficient and kind. I even found a doctor for my elderly mother who we have not had great experiences with past doctors. Now, it's a completely different experience. The doctors take their time with us. They are thorough and they really treat us like we are important and we matter. The reviews in the past don't look great. But I'm glad we went with this practice. Been with them for a few years now. Good luck getting in though. I think the secret is out that they are a wonderful practice. 🙂

Several weeks ago my mother was seen by Dr. Rizzo and honestly he saved her life. At her appointment he noticed her heart was very high and he made the decision that she needed an ambulance right away. Dr. Rizzo without a doubt made the right call and we are forever grateful to him and his amazing staff.
Dr. Rizzo goes above and beyond and he is so caring and kind to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Rizzo and his practice they are all exceptional.

Best practice I’ve been to. I was originally a patient at Lahey Peabody, but felt that I was always rushed through my appointments. I switched after a friend suggested a doctor at Lahey Ipswich, and I’m so glad I did! I never feel rushed, or like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously. My doctor really listens to me and provides great care, she’s willing to try lots of things to get me feeling better.

I have been coming here for a few years, and haven’t had any notable issues. I’ve quite enjoyed this office. The occasional personality issues are well balanced out by the rest of the good service they provide. I really appreciate this office’s location, and have enjoyed the PCP’s and NP’s I’ve seen.

After being a patient of the Lahey Hamilton office, the office closed and merged with Ipswich. I just received a letter stating my PCP is leaving the practice. I called to update to a different PCP and was told I couldn’t stay at the practice, that no one is accepting patients even though this is our family practice and I was already a patient there! This is unacceptable. Being a business owner, I could never imagine doing this to current and well established clients!

Find another location or doctor. Staff is easily frustrated by questions, which you have a right to ask. Dr. Pinto made a lot of referrals, but provided no information to those referrals - there is a general lack of cohesiveness. All responsibility is on the patient. Minor oversights such as sending me over an hour away to get blood drawn - why? No reason. It's on me to get on the phone and figure out where I need to go to get tests. It was on me to find another referral when the first one was terrible. If your primary can't do this, why have one?

Update:
It's been over 8months since I moved out of state . I get called from their office once a week at 8am. I call every week to ask them to remove me from mailing list. They say they have. I get called again. NEVER GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO THEM. THEY WILL SPAM YOU FOR LIFE!!!

Today I was told they would "escalate" the issue because their manager happened to be standing in front of them. So, for 8 months you couldn't be bothered to find a manager so that a former patient isn't spammed for eternity? I thought their medical care was incompetent. No. It's absolutely everything.

Absolutely the worst place to go for your well being. It's a "get them in and get them out" to collect the most insurance. There are far better places to seek treatment. Hell, Urgent Care will show more compassion for their patients and treat their patients with more respect. Stay clear of this place.

A W F U L. Since they moved to Ipswich it’s been one problem after another. My pcp was the same as my 2 daughters. Pcp left the practice and we were literally told to go elsewhere!! They said they’re not accepting NEW patients! I’ve been going to them for YEARS! Disgusting
