I see Dr. David Ives at BIDMC Lexington, and he provides very high quality care. He is very capable and pragmatic, and serves as my partner in trying to maximize my health. I receive prompt responses to quesitons or needs for care.

Terrible patient care. BIDMC Lexington Ultrasound Linda or whatever her name is provided no patient care. Would not let me finish my sentence over the phone. Rather than helping patients, she is set out to go against patients.

I had very bad experience today . I used go to 330 Brookline ave BDMC .All the staff and doctors are very good . But I go to this hospital today for ultrasound . The young lady was treated very bad . Never see like that girl. Seems like she doesn't want work or she doesn't want take care Asian. She asked me to clean my self and she left dark room with and instruction to get out of room. She was very bad adtude. Very un happy all day .what she treated me.Hope fix this problem. Some people had complained ultrasound stuff.

I've been going to this location for the past 10 years. The doctors are all excellent. I feel taken care of and respected when I go in and always am treated like a person, never a co pay.

The nurses in the phlebotomy lab are the best. They deal with adults going to BID and kids from Children's. They're amazing and I feel super safe with them.

I've also had amazing experiences with the physical therapists and X-ray techs. They all are personable, kind and understanding of your needs and expectations.

The women who work the multiple reception desks in the building are saintly. They follow their own protocol but are always willing to help out when something isn't working. Their knowledge of the BID system is profound.

I love my BID medical crew. They're the bomb. No idea where these negative comments are from, but those people might have not actually been to the Bedford/Lexington location.

Been with BIDMC for 20 years with my PC & all my specialists. Dr. Misha Dad has been my primary care provider. I have had one annual physical after another cancelled several times over the past 3 years, to the point where I have lost complete confidence in this provider & the staff out of the Hartweell Ave Lexington office. This latest cancellation for December 23rd, 2022, after waiting two years now to see her, was the last straw.
I have scheduled an appointment at 330 Brookline Ave. with a male attending physician, Dr. Dubrow, who will hopefully make it a priority to see his patients. No longer doing any business associated with the Lexington office.

My primary care doctor in BIDMC Lexington office is Dr. Misha Dad. What can I say....very professional, honest, knowledgeable, welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. She let me ask any questions I had and patiently provided clear explanations to all of them. She said not to worry if you forgot to ask anything, you can always call me or ask through patient site. I never felt being rushed. I feel absolutely confident I chose the right doctor and I feel very lucky to have found her.
Her assistant is also extremely welcoming and outstanding. I highly recommend BIDMC.

Been a patient of Dr David Ives over 20 yrs ,and the health care is very professional and personal at the same time.The use of Patient Site as a means of communication is quick and effective. The labs and nurses are top notch My wife sees Dr Gilbert who she loves.The reception is also always ready to help, all in all very happy with the health care here.

Most Unprofessional healthcare workers I've seen to date. A complete and utter disregard for others' time and priority. Technicians coming in an hour late for work suddenly becomes other people's fault. Had no problem directly a couple elderly patients to multiple visits/locations to whatever THEY deemed appropriate. Avoid this location, you've been warned.
