If I could give this zero stars I would. I am telling you guys, do NOT go through this company! Their customer service is awful. Their process to order was fairly simple, but I never got a confirmation number, an email stating my order had gone through, an update on if my breast pump was getting shipped or an estimated delivery date. I literally couldn't find proof of any order until I reached out to them. Their website isn't user friendly and as I stated above, the customer service is so so so bad. I have reached out 3x just to get my password to my account reset and I STILL haven't been able to get this done. They tell me they'll send it through and I should receive a call or an email in 24 hours. No one has ever reached out. Save yourself the stress and do not order through this company.

Be wary of Better Living Now, Inc. We placed an order for a Paradigm Insulin Pump Holster, Clear, (7XX), with required info, including CC. When we hit the submit button, we received a system error. Tried to call. NO answer. We tried to get back into our account. NO luck. Finally got a hold of a CS rep two days latter who took our email address and phone # and said someone would call us. NO calls; NO emails. NO pump holster. We tried to stop payment with our CC company. No luck. So we have a charge we cannot dispute and NO pump holster. Will NEVER use or recommend this company ever again.

Ever since Better Living Now was taken over by Rotech, my supplies are ALWAYS delivered late. It’s not okay to leave a person who depends on their supplies to live to be without them. Ridiculous and they deserve a ZERO.

I have 2 sons that we purchase medical supplies for from Better Living Now. There was a mixup and one son was without supplies. I spoke to several people, but then Jessica B stepped in and was outstanding and empathetic. She took the time to research and find out what had happened and worked so hard to fix the issue. She was an excellent listener and my younger son is going to get what he needs today! Thank you Jessica B for really digging in and pinpointing the problem AND helping to solve it so quickly!

I don’t even want to provide the 1 star. Absolutely awful service. My special needs child has been without incontinence supplies for months. I am forced to purchase these supplies at Walmart when my insurance pays for them in full when ordered by a DME supplier. Impossible to speak to a BLN rep unless you threaten to file a complaint with the dept of health, your insurer and the attorney general. This past year has been especially challenging. Never had an issue before Rotech got involved. Anyone know of another company that offers these supplies?

As a company Better Living Now was tolerable to work with, until they merged with Rotech. Now when you call the Customer service number for Better Living Now, you get a Rotech rep on the phone who then either advises you that there computers are down or as soon as they are told that the question is in regards to a Better Living Now order, they tell you that you will have to wait for a call back from a BLN rep. The process is broken, and management does not seem to want to fix it. Go elsewhere if you are able, avoid these companies.

I'm seriously scared that this company is still 'sending' out healthcare and medical products. My insurance company unfortunately recommended this place for my breast pump. We had placed the order before my son was born, and I still haven't gotten in FIVE MONTHS LATER. I have been doing my best to email them, and they take DAYS to respond, if they respond. In the beginning I was told the product I ordered was out of stock, and once it was in stock it would be shipped out. That was a blatant lie. I has to change the product I wanted, but I still haven't received it. This company took the one thing I wanted, and I recommend everyone to go to a different company. Cause it doesn't seem like they care about the people who truly need these products.

I have been a type 1 Diabetic for 20 years and have never dealt with a medical supply company as deceitful and pour as this one. If you have other options for medical supplies I STRONGLY recommend you going else where for any and all service you maybe looking for. They will lie to you claiming your insurance company needs clinical notes to process orders. Did you know this is not true and a false statement being made for some insurance companies and for certain supplies? After investigating why I’m having to constantly send a company, who just supplies medical equipment, all my in-depth personal medical history. From how much insulin I take an hour to my weight literally everything about me- All my history and information when a licensed/certified medically educated professional and not an average one is requesting the medical supplies. I travel 3 hours one way to see the best of the best in our area so having to constantly provide clinic notes over something that there is not a cure for, I won’t just get better is ridiculous. If better living now has such trained medical professionals why wouldn’t I just see them instead of any other dr? They are not drs and the information they are requesting claiming your insurance company needs is an invasion of privacy and rights and a straight lie. After multiple calls to my insurance company I learned they DO NOT request medical notes for my insulin pump supplies. BLN (Better living now)’s claims to this are a lie. I told BLN I do not approve nor authorize them to have my clinical notes and need to speak with someone. I was sent to a couple people then a female who finally spit out well we (as in Better Living Now) need your clinical notes for our auditing. What? You need all my personal medical information for your companies finances? No you do not. Your company does not need anything other than an up to date prescription from a certified medical professional. After holding my ground and threatening to get a lawyer involved I was soon sent to a supervisor who quickly apologize and over nighted my medical supplies to me free of charge. I was told he would leave a note on my account so this wouldn’t happen again. Well it has an every time I call I ask to speak to the supervisor Ken and I get my medical supplies sent to me without clinical notes. This new merge has taken place and I’m already being lied to by them about this issue. Was told a supervisor would call me back over this issue since they are new I guess and I am days later still waiting for them to call me. Don’t bother asking for a phone call reference number either. They will tell you your call is being recorded but won’t provide you with information to track down the calls when you asks for them so they can better hide their deceitfulness. All the while what exactly are they doing with all my medical information over Diabetes they have been receiving? Who is getting it and for what !? It’s not for my insurance company.
