Dr. Gray and her staff are amazing. The new phone system is nice and it’s easier to get in touch with the office now. The ladies in the front are so sweet and welcoming. And the nurses listen to you and genuinely care. I highly recommend this practice!

After reading the reviews, yes, Dr. Gray seems to care and took the time to evaluate my symptoms. I started Biote hormone replacement therapy on January 31st and was scheduled a check-up call to see how I was feeling four weeks later which I never received. This was an "appointment" they scheduled and I kept the day free to receive the call. I called the office to make sure I wasn't the one that was suppose to call and the receptionist took a note and said a nurse would call me, however, she never did. Then I had my six week bloodwork done and received my results from LabCorp the next day. I called the office 17 days later to ask if everything was okay and was told Dr. Gray had not gone over the results and would call me when she reviewed them. Being a first time patient with hormone replacement, I am extremely uncomfortable with the lack of communication so far and will be finding another office to continue with my treatments. Also, it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the office because the telephone prompts are confusing. To actually speak to the receptionist, you must push #2 for Urgent Care then #1 for appointments, if you push #3 for Dr. Gray, it rings forever.

This WAS a great office. Staff is better than a few months ago. After being a patient for over a year, things have gone down horribly. Opening the “Urgent Care” took much longer than expected. Then getting appointments went from no big deal to sorry booked for months unless you are a walk in. Even being a walk in, usually sends my family AFC or HHUC. Even for minor things like a sore throat & cough.
Definitely looking for another provider that can see their patients in a timely fashion.
Melissa has 3 offices, BeautyMarkx, Better Weighs Clinic/Urgent Care and her own Weight Loss Clinic.
If you want a provider that will have time for you, this isn’t it.

I absolutely would recommend Dr. Gray! During my visits, I always felt heard. I genuinely feel that my well-being is cared about. My mother has went to her for years and kept telling me over and over throughout the years that I needed to see Dr. Gray. I am glad I listened to her!! The nurses and receptionist are wonderful too!!

The doctor is amazing ! How ever getting in has been difficult. And especially with trying to get in contact with the office. This is my third visit and I can say every time the front office drops the ball on relaying messages or simply calling a person back. Amazing doctor just horrible service from front the office . Ill change this review if I ever get a call back from them but I doubt it and I say that because I've always had to walk in to get the details or get service . Over the phone is horrible service.
