They were my primary care... when I needed a prescription refill, I couldn't get them to call my pharmacy or return my calls...my pharmacy tried to call them, as did my orthopedic doctor, to no avail... this went on for 30 days... for 30 days I had to do without my prescription for arthritis...
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this group...

If I could give no stars I would. But I feel like this should be known. This is a primary care/ urgent care doctor. They have no hours posted for their lunch which is from 12pm- 1pm They "accept" walk ins when it's convenient for them. I went to take my step daughter to see her primary care doctor. To be told she can not be seen today, because we do not accept walk ins at this time. What's the point of being an "urgent" care if you won't see a walk in? It's not emergency room worthy but yet here we are traveling to Madison ER (athens limestone sucks and has no compassion) for a fever and cough because her "primary care" doctor can not see her.

I am a long standing patient of Dr. Melissa Grey, and when she opened up her practices my husband and myself went with her as her patients.
I usually get into the Main practice but, the office was closed so she sent me to her urgent care practice, and I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER CARE from her CRNP. She took time with me and asked me a-lot of questions about why I was there. She did her exam and ran my bloodwork along with a culture to diagnose the issue and to make sure that I was treated with correct antibiotics and medication. Because I was a walk in I did have to wait about 20-30 minutes to get into the back to see the doctor. I actually drive 45 minutes one way to get in to see the physicians at
BETTER WEIGHS TO BETTER HEALTH URGENT CARE as well as her PRACTICE BETTER WEIGHS TO BETTER HEALTH office. I highly recommend both practices THE URGENT CARE AND THE MEDICAL OFFICE. Check them out! She does HORMONAL THINGS also fir men and women. CHECK THEM OUT and I hope that you find the experience of the visit that we treated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRACTICE FOR YOUR ISSUES AT HAND!
