I've never been a patient as I never received a call back. The woman who answered never offered her name, and after I gave her the details for my inquiry, she told me I would need to speak with Stephen. I gave her my name and number. This was on Nov 7th. As of Nov 26th, I still have no return call from anyone in their office.
A relative who used to work there had called them about something else and brought it up in conversation that I was still waiting for a call. According to a Rochelle, I was called back but unavailable. It's my personal cell phone and I have no record of a call and no voicemails. This gives me the impression that the staff are not only unprofessional in not returning calls/messages but that they have little to no integrity. If the office staff is like this, why would I trust my health or my family's health with them?
I've met the doctor outside of a professional meeting and that's why I decided to call for appointments for my whole family (6 people), but not after treated this way by her staff.

DO NOT TRUST KRISTEN, she severely uses malpractice has entered my family's personal life with grudges and is a terrible PCP or anything other. She is malicious and uses false practices BEWARE
