Best medical practice I have been able to find in many, many years. ALL practitioners are great. Dr. Deitz will be missed. UPDATE. Original review was 5 stars until I had to speak with the main call number. RUDE, unprofessional and belittling administration. Called to ask a question regarding my past medical record and treatment and was berated and told I was irresponsible for not having current medical insurance or current doctor to call. Needing this information for new job, she was of no help or wished to understand my situation. Employees such as this should not be in direct contact with people.

I LOVE Bickford’s Health Associates. I am a new patient and have seen the primary care doctor about three times. Everyone that I have seen from the receptionists to the nurses and especially the primary care doctors are ALWAYS extremely professional and friendly. I have been to 3 different primary care doctors all over cape cod and have never experienced the level of care and expertise that I have received in my short time at Bickford’s. Everyone in the practice genuinely cares about their patients and deliver quick and efficient solutions to any health problems you may be experiencing. I would (and have) recommend anyone to Bickford’s Health Associates.

The worst. THe front office staff is arrogant and unapproachable. I was accepted as a new patient in January with doctor Dietz. I was assured by the doctor himself that I would be able to see the doctor and not a PA or nurse should I need medical care. First exam and physical went well except for the fact that they did not inform me they had moved. I just called to attempt to get an appointment for a problem I am having and was told that I would have to wait a year to see the doctor Good PCPs are hard to find. This is one I would not waste my time with. The entire BHA staff was incredibly rude and blase about it - basically tough luck, find a new doctor. So I will...
