I have to say....I have gone to the same pharmacy every time for a prescription purposefully to ensure I can never be "flagged" in a system. CVS has given me such a headache about all of this. And since we have increased my medication, I have been dreading calling them (CVS) to discuss because they make me feel awful and despite my doctor putting in the order, faxing over medical records and speaking to them live on the phone, they (CVS) have been nothing but judgmental and quite frankly rude. I've had to cancel work trips, alter my kids schedules just to accommodate their feelings. I was told I could "call the state" - which I did. Then they (CVS) gave them a hard time. Well, I was just hospitalized 2 times for 3 different ER visits in a 3 week period. So I decided to take some of my power back....and I was done with them (CVS). And chose to use the hospital's pharmacy attached to my doctor here at Lahey. Not only have they been incredibly quick and efficient- they have been incredibly kind and empathetic. Anytime I've had to call, they actually answer the phone (imagine that , speaking to a live person) and today I called to introduce myself and that I will be moving this routinely filled medication there. No problems and in fact, they had already ordered it and I'll be able to pick it up tomorrow. AND the gentleman I spoke with completely understood my concern and validated my feelings. It's crazy how a little empathy for someone going through this goes a long way. Thank you for making me feel both seen and heard. ❤️

My first experience here and I have to say Mike, the Manager and Matt were the friendliest, most helpful and truly caring pharmacists I have encountered in a very long time. I was filling a new prescription and was told by CVS that it was backordered and they had no time frame on when I could get it. No compassion, no help. I even called Caremark and got the same information.
My Dr at Lahey suggested their pharmacy. I am so pleased she did!
Not only did they have my medication but Mike told me about a rewards card for my med that got the price lowered so much that I cried. Dealing with all that encompasses my medical experiences this has restored my faith in kindness in the industry.

had some major issues filling my sons seizure medication at CVS.
I was able to transfer his prescription to BILH pharmacy and Michael Nguyen was on top of it and was able to not only fill my prescription but have it delivered to my house.

The service was above and beyond all expectations. I spoke to the new pharmacy manager Mike who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was dealing with a complex issue involving my insurance and multiple other pharmacies and he was willing to deal with all of it in order to help me get the medication I needed. I highly recommend it and will be switching to this BILH pharmacy from now on myself.

BILH Pharmacy is excellent. They are open daily and on weekends. So convenient, even if they are farther away, it is worth the drive.

Called because I transferred my medication to Lahey, because I couldn’t say if I was picking them up Thursday or Friday I was told would have to call back Thursday as they were relicensing Wednesday night, after being on hold for 5 minutes. Would also appreciate it if they texted you when refills were completed, CVS can why can’t they.

I assume Walgreens and CVS underpays and overworks it's Pharmacy employees. However, it's really nice to go get my script at this pharmacy where the staff treat you kindly. Honestly it feels like Walgreens & CVS employees are mad you showed up to get your medicine, they just look at you evil as you walk up to the counter and are often rude.

My wife is an RN at Lahey and suggested I start using this pharmacy and she usually just picks up my script for me. But on months where her work schedule doesn't coincide with my medication pick-up and I go myself, despite it being a further drive, it's well worth it to use the Lahey Pharmacy and interact with polite & kind professionals behind the counter.

The worst experience ever , my doctor send the medicine in the morning to the pharmacy , and I was discharged at 6pm, 7hrs and my medicine wasn’t ready , not even that two ladies were so rude one said your insurance has a problem and she made me call the insurance, when I called the insurance and after staying in the line for 10mins the insurance told me there’s no issue with the insurance, another rude member of the pharmacy tried and she was able to find it easy then she informed me that my medicine will be ready in 20mins, when I told her why you guys didn’t call and verify with the insurance , she told me we don’t have time for this.
