I am trying to be nice! My mom ordered a brace from you, I finally after 30 times in a row of calling your company got a real live person for some reason my moms tracking number says you got the package at your Mailbox on October 20,2021 but you say you haven't received it yet🤔
Tracking numbers mean it's tracked by usps my mom needs the medium you promised her I'm trying to be patient ill wait a few more week's then I'll be contacting your corporate office
My mom needs this so she doesn't fall and you're not being very helpful! Over 220.00 for a brace she doesn't have and she had to pay the shipping to return it to you that wasn't cheap either
So if you can help me help my mom I would appreciate it is my mom the only one I have!

Functional Knee brace
I've had lots of knee problems, specifically with my left knee...

I've had 5 surgeries on my left knee so far, including 4 acl repairs. This time I decided to get a BCI Functional Knee brace to protect my knee, which is weak and unstable....this brace protects and supports my knee perfectly. The hinge design allows natural movement, however of motion needs to be restricted for rehab, the brace comes with a wide range of flexion and extention stops.

The brace itself fits perfectly and the sizing is very accurate. Shipping was fast and the brace arrived in perfect condition.

I'd recommend this brace to anyone looking for a brace to wear post surgery or just someone who needs to support an injured ligament im their knee.

I definitely give this brace 5 out of 5 stars.

The company responded to my questions in a timely fashion. The brace itself is very light. It took a little while to get it adjusted properly, but once adjusted, the brace was comfortable to wear and provides substantial stability control and support for light to moderate physical activities.
