Have been here before for the sauna. But came this time for a combo of myofascial release , scraping, and cupping for my back and hips. Really loosened it up, honestly got some good pain relief in both. Would highly recommend , especially if you have chronic pain like I do.

I had such an amazing experience at Biohack Cryo & Wellness. They have truly thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to amenities and luxury. I brought a friend and we started with contrast therapy, which uses the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The room was clean and aesthetically so pleasant. They provided bath towels, water, and even cold eucalyptus towels.

After that experience, we did compression therapy which felt SO amazing. I suffered an ankle injury earlier this year, so it really helped!

As we did compression therapy, we also tried the PEMF therapy - I used it on my back. It was so cool--very intense, but so effective!!

Lastly, we experienced red light therapy, which there is another private room for and it's almost like a tanning bed you lay in for 15 minutes.

Calvin is a gem of a human and really cares about helping people heal and feel better.
Definitely visit this place if you are in the area! You'll feel incredible after you do!

My husband and I come here regularly for the monthly unlimited cryotherapy. Cryo has helped my body and mind immensely for the past year. It actually helped speed up a severe back injury I had in the spring of 2023.

Once I started incorporating cryo into my schedule a few times a week, my pain completely subsided and my healing progressed exponentially.

Also, they have an amazing cold plunge & sauna “contrast therapy” room here and that’s also great, especially for couples.

Biohack is a must stop for all your recovery needs. If you’re super active and constantly training I would highly recommend getting the unlimited passes they offer. The owners are super friendly and will answer any questions you have. They are also constantly cleaning and deep clean each sauna everyday. I’ve gone to several different infrared sauna locations and this is by far the cleanest and best one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
