I always shop at this location and after this last incident, I don’t feel safe shopping here. I made one bag a week ago and it taste nasty, I figured since I was sick the past week it might’ve been my taste buds, but I opened another bag and this is what I seen. I can’t believe I ate this and BJ’s sold this! This is unacceptable!!!

I had the worst experience at BJ's Wholesale Club. The staff was rude and incompetent. One of the store managers, Liz, provided the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I waited 30 minutes for her, and when she finally arrived, she ignored me until I approached her. The customer service rep accused me of trying to return an item twice just because the receipt had a circle and some initials on it. Those are pretty big accusations to make to someone, especially since the items were still sealed. They didn't even check the computer to verify the return, which is standard procedure at most stores. I wasted almost 2 hours of my day dealing with their incompetence and ended up returning all my groceries and the items. I left the store with nothing and will not be shopping there again.

As someone with extensive experience in retail, I noticed that the pictures clearly show two receipts with different transaction numbers. The original receipt has transaction number 9866, while the return receipt has transaction number 114. This discrepancy reflects the unknowledgeable and unprofessional demeanor of the staff.

They lost one more customer.

I have been shopping at the location for years. At first, it was one of my favorite stores. Now, I dread going in. Nothing is ever stocked, the amount times things have been expired or rotten is getting worse, carts are never stocked so always make sure you get it from the parking lot before having to walk all the way back and employees can be nasty rude. So many times the employees tell me it's because they are hiring but no one wants to work, yet for years the most the are actually hiring for is deli manager. So that's a lie.. With a Costco right next door, you'd think they would try and do better. But they don't, and the problem is getting worse. Most times I end up just going to Costco anyways. This is going to be my last year with BJ's. I'll just stick to Costco. At least I know when I go there for certain things, they're always stocked and never expired or rotten.

Mabel from the deli is very rude i told her i needed a certain amount of cold cuts and she role her eyes on me. I said to her is it very dificult for u to do it ? And she said yes. The supervisor on duty did not even try talking to her so she can do it. Terrible staff

Good local BJ's. They have the selection you expect with varying consistency. Store is well-kept - staff is friendly and well trained. Hard to find specific items sometimes because of the warehouse style of store. On more than one occasion an Item was on display near the registers instead of next to associated items in the aisle.

Staff is willing to search the store for (with) you, when asked.

We have been member since 2010 and I have always enjoyed my shopping experience. Seeing 2 people tag team a checkout is like watching a choreographed dance.

Offering bulk groceries, cleaning accessories, tire shop, electronics and more. Does delivery, In store pick up and in store shopping, requires everyone to weare mask. About 5min away from Millenia Mall.

One of THE WORST designed parking lots for truckers! I can't remember a good BJ's for truckers, but this is one of the WORST! You have to drive behind the building for about a 1/2 a mile, zig-zagging around, just to get to their dock. Then you have to blind side at a horrible angle, AND they didn't give you enough space because of the road, trees, and yellow pylons!!

To leave, you'll have to take a horrible angle to your left, because the HORRIBLY DESIGNED parking lot doesn't give you any way to exit, if ANY cars are around! They put a tree on every curb, so you can't make ANY turns!

I HATE BJ's DELIVERIES! NOT EVEN MADE FOR A SEMI WITH TRAILER! NOT EVEN A DAY CAB!!

Great place for shopping. Door greeters are a joke most of the time, but who cares, there is great food here, lol.
