I took a chance with Dr. Chance!!! Dr. Chance consistently demonstrated not only exceptional medical expertise but also genuine care and compassion. Her thoroughness in addressing concerns and willingness to listen attentively made my appointment a reassuring and positive experience.
I am grateful to have Dr. Chance as my primary care physician, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive healthcare.
The office staff is very kind also and the only reason I did not give 5 Stars is because of the lengthy paperwork that had to be filled out. I would have preferred a link be sent to me to complete online or if I could’ve downloaded, printed, and brought with me.

To be a doctor's office, these are the most unprofessional, unfeeling and spiteful people I have ever encountered. I was unceremoniously DROPPED from the practice for missed appointments. I get that part. We had just moved here and my schedule was a mess. HOWEVER, there was NO posted or signed policies saying that this could happen. Furthermore, she went as far a getting me banned from THE ENTIRE GROUP. Crestwood has most of the medical facilities here, so that has excluded me from all of those. My previous doctor also tells me that since I left and saw someone that I can NEVER come back to them. WHAT? Where am I? Other doctors are either out of network or not taking new patients. So I'm essentially blocked from receiving healthcare in my city. I wasn't a troublemaker, or a Karen or anything like that. I missed appointments. That's it. I'm running out of my BP meds and antidepressants. I don't know what to do. I called them several times and either they don't answer or don't return calls. I have had their customer service send a request for them to please just give me a refill until I find a new doctor. Nothing. They are essentially trying to kill me. The healthcare landscape in Madison, AL and Huntsville, AL is a wasteland. I'm also filing a complaint with the medical board because I'm supposed to at least get a certified letter 30 days before this. I got no conversations, no warnings, nothing. These are atrocious human beings. Just remember, karma sees all.

I am generally not one to do reviews but my experience with Dr. Chance was so amazing that I took the time to write. She did an excellent job at listening to my concerns, outlining a path to understanding my health, and evaluating my medical history. She was personable, honest and direct. I admire doctors who are honest and considerate when dealing with their patients. I was pleased with the service and would highly recommend her to all who are in need of great medical care. Love it here! I have been all across Huntsville and seen many doctors in search of one who cares. Dr.Chance is awesome! I have read some of the other reviews and they focus on age. The fact she is a doctor so young, speaks volumes as to the acumen she posses to serve you. I have had doctors old and very wrong, with poor care. I’m thankful for the thoroughness, and accuracy I received and continue to get with every visit. Navigating the medical system can be hard, and harder for some then others. I feel safe, seen and properly cared for. Thank you Dr.Chance!

I love Dr Chance, she is so good with my elderly mother. She takes her time with her & she doesn’t just give her meds & hurry her out. She checks everything to make sure it is helping not hurting my mother. She’s great!!!

It was over an hour wait on her last visit but that is not normal so the wait wasn’t so bad.

Dr Chance is awesome! She takes time to listen and explains what her plan of action will be. Other caregivers I have seen had me wondering why they were doing tests. Dr Chance tells me everything I need to know before I get a change to ask.
Wonderful doc!

The techs go beyond just doing their job. They really listen.

My last appointment had me shaking my head while watching office staff treated people. They were short and oftentimes rude.
