My phlebotomist was excellent for this blood draw! She found a good vein immediately (not easy with me). Gave me a perfect warning beforehand, pinched it just right, and I didn't feel a thing. And there was no bruising afterwards. The best! 😀

The staff is kind and very quick on the draw (see what I did there? Eh eh 😉)
The wait time was minimal and I was in and out quickly.
They're very professional and they make sure everything is for the right patient before beginning.
I have been to them a few times and can say I'll go back. I have an upcoming draw soon.

UPDATE - a few staffing changes and SJ location is back on track. Line moves quickly and they’re pleasant to work with. They’ll answer all your questions and make you feel safe and comfortable. All of the phlebotomists are highly trained and efficient, as always.

This is for their San Jose 2585 location. Got here at 8. Still 5 people in front of me. Yet, there are two people in-taking!! Looking busy while quietly giggling behind the counter. Come on, ladies, get moving. A snails pace is not where it’s at. Take some pride in your work.

The worst Stanford Draw site I’ve been to. Got here around 9:30am on a Thursday. The lady at front desk is not even taking check in hence line keeps building up. Been in line for 15-20 minutes now.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting recently, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that efficiency was not a priority. Despite waiting nearly 20 minutes, there was no progress in the queue, with the front desk seemingly preoccupied with her computer screen rather than attending to the waiting patients. This lack of attention to customer service left a sour taste in my mouth, and I left feeling thoroughly disappointed.

If I could give-100 I would.
It was awful. 3 hours and 45 minutes.
Front office staff were rude.
After all of this, the nurse didn't release my lab, and they didn't let me know not to wait.
It was one of my awful experiences.
Love my doctor, that is why I stayed
