Update; Effective July 1st, New business hours, see picture for details!
Love this place (as far as clinics go)! I (my kids and I) have been with them for approcimately 10 years, and have seen then at their best and at their worst. I wouldn't change them for any other clinic, they're stuck with me 🙂

The worst staff including dr Isis you will ever come by, they got no respect at all and they don’t honor their word, been told to come at a certain time and when i came in they were like we can’t take any more because we need to take a lunch break! and if you are that sick you can just go to an ER, horrible experience and that wasn’t the first time they did something like that, unacceptable behavior from people supposedly working in medical field

Says they’re open Saturdays but the door was locked and nobody answered! Showed up at 11am to get a refill on my insulin.

Don't leave without a prescription. I asked and was told no that they send it over. An hour later and another phone call to care 1st still no prescription sent. Called again at 730 to have it be sent since my daughter has horrible pink eye and again nothing sent now stuck her waiting for them to open to call again because still no medicine at the pharmacy-.-

Don't bother calling this place, they never answer their phones your wait time on the phone is over an hour. Nice p.a's and docs who work there but not the rest of their employees suck, they change your appt time without calling you, they never answer their phones, and rude half the time. All they worry about is how fast they can get off the phone with you without helping you first.

I cannot believe how incredibly amazing this appointment went. My mom has a few problems to address. I went with her to her appointment to make sure she got everything taken care of /for support and I was BLOWN away at how Dr. J and Shannon handled the situation. Dr. J spoke with my mom with care and compassion, driving very important facts home. I loved it. AND SHANNON? Shannon was on the BALLLLL with making sure we left with everything we needed. Shannon was SO friggin kind and attentive. I’m not one to leave reviews often, but this visit touched my heart. So appreciative of everyone there & it feels good to know my mom is in great hands. SUPER LONG REVIEW, sorry It was just so amazing!!!

I just had surgery and wasn't able to drive but my daughter had strep and needed to be seen so I called but they had me on hold 2x for 50 minutes each time. I thought it was their way of ignoring the phones so Then I walk in at 2pm ( hours before they close) and they wouldn't see my daughter because they said they were too busy with only 2 people in the waiting room. So disappointed. I have been taking my daughter to the same doctor as long as I can remember. Ever since they changed to Blue Shield Promise the level of care is dreadful.
