This is the beginning on my counseling journey and within 24 hours of putting request online I a received a kind phone call looking to further assist me. The front office staff helped support me and guided me in setting up my first appointment. I have been seeing Julia and she has truly made a world of difference in the way I not only perceive the environment around me but, as well as how to manage some of the things life has been throwing at me. I highly recommend Blue Square and love how they have the flexibility for in person and virtual appointments.

I’d leave a 0 star review if I could. This place is terrible at communication. I reached out in December and didn’t get to start counseling until February (thought it was just because it was around the holidays so I kept giving them a chance). I stopped back in May because they “accidentally overcharged me” for two sessions. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for 6 months now and have reached out about 10 times with little help. The whole thing is a mess and this place seems really scammy. This counseling office caused me more stress than relief… I’m hoping there will be a resolution but it’s not looking promising.

Called a month ago and was told to call back in march, that in March they would be able to give my child in person therapy. Called this morning, got a call back at 5:30 pm to set up PHONE appointments. NO!!!!! I specifically asked if I’m person was going to be available. They gave me bad info a month ago so I thought we were going to be all set and now I have to start from scratch.

Update. I got a response saying this was all a miscommunication. I hope that is the case. I just called back to try and straighten this all out (they are not open yet, to early in the morning) If it was a miscommunication, I apologize for the one Star and will happily change it.

I was in a bad place and wasn't really sure I needed help. But I talked to one of the ladies up there and she got me set up with a great therapist who got m e thu the hard parts. I'm feeling so much better. 🙏

Dyhanna Noble is absolutely amazing. She is competent, informative, and incredibly understanding. I love her holistic approach and insight on meditation and coping. The tools she provides me with have had an astoundingly positive impact on my life. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her.

Left three voicemail messages over a three week period and went ignored. They finally took the time to call back and tell me that they have no openings. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a counselor that will actually take the time to care enough to call you.
