My husband and I were grandfathered into this dentist due to them taking over the last guy who was there. The first 2 years were fine, no complaints with the dentist we had. But then the dentist changed about 2 years ago, I don't know her name but it turns out she really doesn't know what she's doing. We left this dentist in favor of moving to a dentist closer to our work in Salt Lake & were disappointed in our care at this dentist. The fillings that they did for us always took forever, usually about an hour and a half for one filling. I would end up having to go back and have my filling adjusted due to discomfort as well. My husband had a crown put on incorrectly twice so both times it popped off and due to work he was unable to get seen immediately. My husband was told repeatedly they would watch an area without elaborating on the potential problem. Turns out that problem area now needs 2 crowns & a root canal because the dentist didn't want to address the issues earlier on. My fillings that I had gotten just in the last year now need to be replaced because they were poorly done according to our new dentist. We will never be returning to blue tree dental. Nice people, but terrible work on the part of the dentist.

Highly recommend this place the staff is amazing!! I’m 19 year old and when I admitted, I didn’t know how to floss very well. I was expecting to feel ashamed of myself but no! One of the one of the amazing took the time to explain and demonstrate how to do it properly, a genuine moment, that I can only explain as motherly act! I would give it more star if I could!!

I just had the most painful cleaning in my life. I’ve never had an issue of pain in the past. My dental hygienist was Connie. She used what I believe is a powered scaler and a hand-held scaler. It felt like she constantly was missing my teeth and scraping at my gums. It’s one thing if the cleaning hurts, it’s another to straight up be missing my teeth and scrape at my gums. They also pushed for me to get x-rays when I had gotten them last appointment and to get a very expensive night guard. Their chair they had me in was also falling apart. Overall, given I’ve never had an issue with going to the dentist until now, I will not be coming back

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly, professional, gentle and welcoming!
Caitlin is wonderful!!! I’ve never had such a relaxing and peaceful dental experience!!!

It took me 2 weeks of calling to have someone answer the phone to book our first appointment here. The soonest appointments were a month and a half out. Days before our appointment was scheduled to occur, they canceled our appointment. I was told the dentist made arrangements during my scheduled appointment to go to an event that was important to her and I would have to reschedule. Instead of trying to accommodate something for us, I was told I either had to take an appointment that was 3 weeks out (that didn't work for my schedule) or wait another month and a half to get the time I want. The receptionist was not helpful or sympathetic to the situation or bind they put me in. That's disappointing and unprofessional. I've also seen other reviews about chronic reschedules.

Went here a few times to get work on my teeth, dentists are fine and do a good job. Unfortunately had to switch dental offices because rescheduling here became an issue and with someone with a busy work schedule I decided it was better to go to another dental office that worked with me better. I also had a filling done here and it still caused me issues a month later due to the fact they didn't notice the molar that cracked during my first filling. Giving them 4/5 due to the nice environment and nice dentists they have.
