Outstanding gym! Gary and the staff are professional and inviting. The fellow gym members are friendly and courteous. The gym is clean and has ample machines and free weights as well as an open area to stretch and warm up. Good parking, very convenient location and it is never crowded. You honestly can’t ask for more!! Can not wait to head back to Jensen Beach to get my work out in!!

BodyLogix Fitness & Performance Center is a clean, fun, and professionally-run facility. The certified personal fitness trainers on staff are extremely knowledgeable and can adapt any exercise to meet your needs. Your range of motion and strength will be checked and tested. If you experience any ROM limitations they will gently diminish with a program designed specifically for you.

If you are into all things spandex, grunting body builders dripping sweat everywhere, and plate weights slamming on machines, this gym may disappoint. If you want to increase your ROM, strength, and improve your overall health and toning, this is the fitness center to meet and exceed those goals. Need a quick full-body work out? Visit the eight-station full-body work out circuit.

There are more than enough machines, free weights, exercise bands, and many other exercise items / tools available for use throughout the gym. Your fellow gym members are courteous, fun, and respectful of your time. There is never a wait to get onto a machine.

The atmosphere is welcoming by both the staff and gym members. This fitness center is not about selling memberships and then forgetting your name or fitness needs. Once you start exercising here you won't have a need to go elsewhere. This facility may quickly become your happy place for exercising camaraderie, health, and wellness. There's a reason why it is called a fitness and performance center; it's about your health.

Need some me time after a good session? Schedule a massage with their licensed therapists. Just want to be pampered? Get a buff and fluff total relaxation massage. Need to release some muscle soreness, tension, and tightness? Request a therapeutic deep tissue massage. In need of manual lymphatic drainage? Ask for that.

Show up, do the work, reap the benefits. It's just that simple.

Worked with Rick for 6 months to re-tool my fitness program. Worth every penny. Knowledgeable, motivating, engaging...taught me a whole new approach, routines, and exercises - exactly what was needed after 40 years stubbornly clinging to what I'd learned as a teenager. Should have done this much sooner. Highly recommend.

My favorite gym in Jensen Beach. It's everything you need to workout and nothing you don't. The owner Gary always makes sure to say hello to you and all the gym members are friendly and welcoming. They offer personal training as well as massage services. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. 12pm-3pm was my favorite time to go.

Very impressed with this class act of a business, its wellness philosophy, and the expert knowledge. Gary’s eval of my ability was professional and candid. My goals were considered and redirected as needed.
Unfortunately I had unexpected and urgent health problems that prevented moving forward with his prescribed program; it necessitated my return to Maryland.
I was pleasantly surprised the fee I prepaid for his future services and program was refunded without a moments hesitation.
His well wishes were sincere and caring.
There is no question when able, I shall return.

Personal trainer Rick helped me get into the best shape of my life. This gym is friendly, clean, with a great variety of equipment. Very comfortable gym environment. Massage therapist Debbie always does an exceptional job melting away sore muscles. Highly recommend this gym and all their staff.
