I love this location. Their availability is wonderful for scheduling. I worked with 3 different therapists and had a positive experience with each. They challenge you and push your body helping you heal while also caring for your body if you are having a difficult day. They are very knowledgeable and have so many different exercises you can try. I am very thankful for them and highly recommend them.

Body Central is a great place
They truly pay attention to your needs on the injury and take there time in heal you. And you do get better. When your injury is feeling better they will work you hard but not enough to have to injury you. But they getvyou up and going. They are true pros and the staff are very friendly . They listen to your needs and they are very personable.
I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help.
They are very, very understanding.

Best physical therapy office I have been to. I have been in and out of physical therapy for the better part of 10 years. This office is the first to isolate the main cause and work to fix that rather than just going through the motions. The staff is incredible. Ashley is my primary therapist and I would recommend her to anyone. Steve is the best strength therapist/physical therapist I have had when I comes to pushing me. The office is well equipped. Office staff is friendly. The office works with your hours, emergencies included. I couldn't have asked for a better physical therapy office. Thank you for everything.

I love the two physical therapists I see. Also the assistants. They are helpful, kind and friendly.
The woman at the front desk, Ailene has made my whole time coming to Body Central very stressful. My insurance information was not processed correctly. This may or may not have involved her, but instead of trying to help me understand the problem, she just told me it wasn't her job, not her problem, not true, etc.
She asked me no less than 6 times to fill out the same form. She called me late in the day on a Friday, telling me there was a problem with my insurance coverage, that she was sending me a form to fill out on email. I never received the form, even doing a search of my email. Then on Monday, she said she was emailing the form again. I never received it. It turns out it was the same form I was asked to fill out 4 times before. She called me and said she had to cancel my appointment for that day, because my insurance hasn't responded to their claims. I called my insurance company. They said they had only received one claim, and had approved and paid it. No other claims were made.
That day I took the insurance information into the PT clinic. Ailene wouldn't accept the information I was trying to give her. She said she is not responsible. I just asked her to relay the information to the right people. I was trying to be kind, but also to get some appropriate results. She is very good at passing the buck and playing the victim.
I had to cancel an appointment a week in advance, because of Christmas activities. Later she told me the appointment was still in the computer. Why? I canceled with her.
A few days ago, before Christmas, I received a letter from an insurance company that I never heard of. They wrote that claims had been made by Body Central PT for my treatment. This explained why my insurance, United Healthcare, ASRS, wasn't receiving any claims. They were being sent to the wrong insurance company. I made a copy of my insurance card and explained what had happened. I gave this to Ailene, but didn't talk to her, as I as going into my appointment. When I came out, she told me I was wrong, they never billed the wrong company. That couldn't happen, because it wasn't on her computer. She could have said that she was sorry for the confusion, but that things were straightened out and that their claims were approved and being paid. Simple manners, instead of lies and excuses would have made my life much easier. Finally she wrote a phone number for the billing department on a sticky note. I called the number and was told that they were not with Body Central. They are a collection agency. Arlene strikes again.

Over the last few years, I have been to 4 different Physical Therapy businesses; all have provided some positive results. This Body Central is the crème of the crop. Dr. Ashly and Steve are incredibly knowledgeable, technical and thorough in their PT approach. In addition, the facility itself has a wide range of equipment which also helps the recovery process. I highly recommend Body Central, Dr. Ashley Schmidt and T. Steve Mills!!!
