I had this service provided a couple a while back, the nurse assigned to me was Julie, she was great at first but it was bothering she'd come in and touch things in the house or take my medical supplies that were ordered for me as I was dealing with a wound from 4 surgeries and tell me she needed them for her next client? That isn't my problem and those were my supplies

She would use gauze and tape to replace what she took and that only agitated my would and broke open the healed area causing me to bleed. She'd start to show up late or come in looking like she was out of it, she'd pet my dogs which I didn't mind but the final straw was my dog hopped up on the bed and she wasn't paying attention and I was telling her to watch out and she knocked my dog off the bed injuring it, she tried to tell me what to do and that only upset me. She never apologized and took off, when I called bonum the manager told me she didn't have time to hear about it and that was the end of the call, I had to take my dog to the vet and wasn't compensated for the bill, Julie returned back and only laughed at my dog limping and when I reminded her of why she was limping she got an attitude about it.

She wanted off the case because I wasn't happy with her and she tried to used the distance she drives when she has other patients in my area because she told me, also sharing information on them which is a violation of hippa laws, she was removed from working with me and they sent me some guy who was great at first but then wanted to know how much I pay for rent or wanted to take personal phone calls when he came to change my wound dressing and I'd be laying there waiting while he took a call, this place is a joke in terms of who they send out to work with patients

We have used this Home Health Service twice in the last 3+ years for my husband, both for extended periods of time. The office staff is very accommodating and go over and above to get things we need. The nurses they have sent have both been phenomenal. They are caring, professional, respectful and knowledgeable and we can't say enough good things about them. We have complete confidence in Bonum Home Health Services.

What a joy to have found Bonum Home Health Services! We have dealt with other services and had disappointing experiences even attempting to get help. Finally we found a company and staff that actually cared! I spoke with Armine to discuss the services we needed, and needed FAST. She got back to me with a scheduled nurse evaluator and PT evaluator. They came promptly and set up the right services and the right people were assigned. Both Romeo and Erica are clearly top notch! They are so in tune with my sister's needs and personality, as well as what family needed to know. My sister has made very good progress under their care and guidance. I really can't thank them enough!
