I met Dr. Tiffany at a birth worker meet up and so glad I did! She’s not only an incredible chiropractor but a great listener and supportive presence that is full of care and relevant referrals. I’ve been to many different chiropractors over the years and can say with confidence that Dr. Tiffany offers something unique that makes all the difference esp for mamas in sensitive postpartum states. We've been seeing Dr. Duffy for a few weeks now for our 1.5 year old due to some unresolved birth trauma which have resulted in poor sleep and major separation anxiety/being stuck in fight or flight mode... We cannot believe the difference we've noticed in his sleep and his personality/confidence in just a few weeks. I had no idea that chiropractic care could help in more aspects than just "back pain" we are simply amazed. Its a very laid back and welcoming environment for our little guy to just play while he gets his adjustments. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Binder is a great chiropractor and a wonderful person who clearly cares deeply about all of her patients. She listens carefully and tailors her adjustments to each individual. We have been going to Dr Binder for about two months now and each treatment is specific to what our bodies need that day, as well as anything chronic that we're experiencing. My two children are loving our visits to Dr Binder, because she is so warm and caring, and also because her office is beautiful and inviting. Her office manager is also very sweet and welcoming. We started seeing positive results after just two visits, and feel like we are now in very good hands with the health of our nervous system.

I have been to many chiropractors and Dr. Binder is top notch. She has the ability to assess and address exactly what is going on and how best to treat it. She doesn't practice one size fits all and is able to offer more gentle sessions for those who prefer it or need it (like me!). She offers very gentle treatments for children to help them with proper alignment. She specializes in care during pregnancy to help with pelvic alignment which is crucial for pregnancy and birth. We love Dr. Binder at Elevation Family Chiropractic!! I can't say enough about what she has done for my pregnancy-related pain. She listened to what was going on and tailored her techniques to help alleviate my pain. I leave feeling SO relaxed, even with having my 3 young children there with me!! My oldest son (8 years old), is also her patient and he says he feels so good when he's done.
Our entire family highly recommends Dr. Binder!! And the space is so relaxing and family-friendly. Love it!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Binder. Not only is she a wonderful chiropractor that takes pride in her skill and patients, but she is truly a beautiful person inside and out. I saw Dr. Binder the other day for some tension I've been feeling in my hips. Her office was so beautiful and I felt right at home. I was taken care of from the moment that I walked in the door, and I left feeling lighter and more balanced. I will definitely be back! It's really cool to see how comfortable she is working with kids, too. There were a few small children getting adjusted with their mom when I came in, and they clearly LOVE their visits with Dr. Binder!
