I would give them a zero if I could. This is the worst doctor office I’ve ever dealt with. First; they answer the phone unprofessionally. I had to joke and say, “Well good Morning to you too”. The lady continued to be unprofessional. Up to the point she disconnected the call while I was talking. How can a doctor office not have any available appointments until April? How are we suppose to care for our health if we are required to wait months to be seen? Staff is not polite at all. They seem to not appreciate the jobs they have. The service they are to offer to clients. Don’t be in the job if you can’t act accordingly. You are here to help. I’ve had on going problems with this location. I advise all to go elsewhere. They are not worth your money nor your insurance money. I will be contacting IEHP to report them too.

I wouldn’t RECOMMEND anyone coming here. The Doctors love to talk over their patients without actually listening to what they have to say, but they love to talk over their patients. The wait time is too long and on top of that they will forget you even checked in. So it’s definitely a patients job to REMIND them your they’re waiting to get checked. On top of that, the front office staff definitely talks too much when they should be accurately communicating to their patients correctly and focus on DOING THIER JOB. I feel like the assistants here are just from high school. Then when is mocking a patient ever ok… Never. I definitely wouldn’t have my family ever come to this establishment for any reason even if it was a severe matter. very unwelcoming. If I had the option to put down zero stars! I would ! 0 stars.

Absolutely horrible urgent care experience. I waited for several hours and Dr. Vilches was incredibly unprofessional, demonstrated terrible bedside manner, and lacked compassion. He prescribed the wrong Medication and took over 3 hours to update mychart so that the prescription could be sent to Walgreens.

Wanted to get a second opinion on a diagnosis. Was refused request. Did not consider listening to the patient. Find a practitioner that will listen and respect you.

The level of incompetence at this clinic is beyond imagination. The doctors are arrogant and the receptionist feed off of it. It's borderline unethical. They treat people here like they are all trash, not patients. I turned in paperwork for Sunline for my disabled son two weeks ago. It even required an appointment to drop it off and they promised it within 3 days. When I came to pick it up, they didn't have it. I have now misses 3 days of work and today, they can't even find it. My son's condition is very serious and these people don't seem to take anything seriously. I will never set foot in this low care facility again. My son deserves far better.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been calling this office for 2 weeks straight regarding a patient of theirs(I’m the caregiver) that has been sick and needs a refill on her medication. It’s the same thing over and over.
The answering service picks up, asks questions and says that someone will get back to me. I was told that it could be anywhere from 5 minutes to a week. It’s ridiculous how they treat their patients. If you can avoid being treated at this location, I’d do it.

My last name is different on this Google account but I am a patient here so far not one good experience my first appointment I was told they would put in a referral and lab work. I had to call back remind them about the lab work never got the referral set an appointment to go over the lab work. They apologize for not putting in the referral and said they would put it in this time here. It is a month later and still nothing so I guess I have to call them again then every time they say they are going to call me for my kids appointments they never called. I have to call them. Then they had my insurance mixed up after I told them at my first visit I didn’t want any issues so I try to make sure everything was good. They still got everything confuse three times they need to do better
