I cannot recommend Boston Health and Wellness enough! When I first started physical therapy, I was in so much pain in multiple areas of my body. I was struggling daily, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how much relief I would even get. But within just a couple of weeks, I was completely pain-free—it feels absolutely unbelievable! I never imagined I could feel this good again so quickly.

Stefanie and her team are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help me heal. They are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to assess your individual needs, making sure each treatment is tailored specifically for you. They listen, they care, and they go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and progressing toward your goals.

I have a lifelong progressive disease and will always require physical therapy. I have gone to several facilities in the past and they were fine. BUT… Boston Health and Wellness is a step above them all! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They offer massage, cupping, and needling as a part of your therapy. I can’t sing their praises enough. Do yourself a favor and book your therapy now. They also have the cutest therapy dogs. 🤗

This place is amazing! New to Stoneham and decided to give this place a try and very happy that I did. Dr. Stephanie and her team are very professional, understanding and hospitable. I’ve worked with a few physical therapists and they are all great. Great place for a new mom to bring baby along for pelvic floor therapy. They even feed my baby if I’m running behind! Also therapeutic when Dr. Stephanie brings the pups in. Def recommend !

I’ve been to many physical therapy offices, but it’s rare to find one where the therapist truly takes the time to work with you one-on-one. I’m so glad I found Boston Health and Wellness. They do an excellent job explaining what’s going on with your body and ensure you understand the process. Come and visit Boston Health and Wellness, the environment is so welcoming and friendly. And if your favorite color is pink you would definitely love the aesthetic. AND they have 2 beautiful dogs (Paul and Sammy) they are the cutest dogs ever! Shout out to Cherise and Stefanie, they are the best leaders running this office with the help of the team, but definitely the best people ever. Dr Stefanie + her team make physical therapy so much FUN! I am coming to Boston Health + Wellness specifically for pelvic floor physical therapy before and will be for after baby as well, and I look forward to coming here every week. Dr Stefanie radiates positive energy throughout the room, and into her staff and patients. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, I have been getting massages, cupping, needles, exercises, and stretches, and since I've been coming - my pelvic and back pain are SO much better! I've been still getting to enjoy all my active adventuring as much as possible in my final trimester of pregnancy before this babe joins in. Pain has subsided significantly with hiking, walking, and even standing, sitting and sleeping. I even get puppy snuggles when getting work done! Come here for your PT pain relief, and stay for the energy and vibes!

Dr. Stefanie is a dream to work with! The office is a fun & relaxed environment and everyone who works there is so kind & personable. They really work hard to personalize your care based on your overall issue plus how you are feeling that particular day. Dr. Stefanie and her staff are super flexible and always fit me into their schedule when something comes up. The office is also always super duper clean but the best part is the therapy pup, Sammy, who is the cutest little fella you’ve ever seen.
