Went for coughing blood and a ongoing nosebleed for 6+ weeks, they shipped me off with no diagnosis and a cough drop. Charged 20$ for a flu test that I could've told them the result of without, and didn't tell me about the fee. Used a stethoscope on my chest after I said that I had tightness in my chest and went, "yeah that sounds about right." Nothing more then that. Do not go here.

Student portal does not show all available appointments. Office does not provide doctors notes. Referral system sent me to specialists who I cannot afford. Was 5 minutes late to an appointment and got charged with a no show. Every interaction I have with this office reaffirms my feeling that SHS does not value its potential impact on the student community.

I interacted with 4 staff and my only pleasant experience was with the student workers. The fulltime hired staff tend to be pretty dismissive and defensive, which I saw in someone else's review as well.

I was a bit nervous about my appointment after seeing so many negative review. But I am glad that my physical health checkup went smoothly. The nurse practitioner and nurses I met were all so nice and did their job thoroughly. The receptionist was also very nice for rescheduling my appointment 30 minutes later when I called to let them know I could not make it on time. Overall my experience with the primary care dept was really great!
Update: I had to come in for the THIRD time to get all of the tests I needed. First time the NP forgot to order a test she said she had. Second time I couldn't do the test because I hadn't been told to refrain from eating or drinking one hour prior to the test. All of the staff are so nice, but this whole hassle could have been prevented had the NP paid more attention!!

Front office is unkind and defensive. The health portal sucks. You can’t book any appointments and you can’t upload any documentation. Once again, front office is mean.

they are so nice, you can schedule an appointment on the same day if you feel bad and they took great care of me. they even checked up on me in the following days to see if the medicine they gave me was working. super kind and open to listen to me, everything went smoothly and i am basically healed now.

This semester I felt it was so hard to get a slot. I cannot not find any slots within two weeks, sometimes even longer. They made some appointments remote by default. Then you have to book another in-person appointment if necessary. The whole process is inefficient and too slow for the the patients. The quality of service here falls short of expectation. No surprise to me. I have negative experiences relatable to many of the comments here. It js shocking to me that they could get worse.
