My eye appointments at Boston Vision have always been handled on time and in a professional manner. The front end and technical staff are polite, courteous, and friendly. Dr. David Gendelmen has an easy and professional demeanor which puts you at ease when it comes to your eyesight and any problems you may be experiencing. I've been a patient for over twenty years and would never consider going elsewhere.

This was my first visit, in a very long time to see Dr. David Gendleman. He quickly diagnosed my eye problem and prescribed an antibiotic eye drop. I began to experience improvement after just a couple of days. Also, Dr. Gendleman’s assistant was thorough in her collection of information prior to meeting with the doctor. Prior to my appointment with Dr. Gendleman, I was seen by my primary care doctor. He had prescribed an eye drop that did nothing to alleviate the condition. Thank you Dr. Gendleman and team.

Dr. David G. Is the BEST, there is no need for your firm to ask for critique. You need to stop wasting his patients’ time with this. What you DO need to do is to concentrate on your software development to make it easier for the staff to use. Ever since you have acquired this practice, it appears the staff have had difficulties with it. Also…you need to stop contacting/bothering the patients with surveys and questions and phone calls, etc. I, for one, will not be answering/participating in these interruptions. You are now put on notice that I will only answer a request for confirmation of an appointment, nothing else. Feel free to contact me ONCE for confirmation of this message.

I have been a patient for several years and can tell you that Dr. Zuckerman is a wonderful doctor. Takes her time with you, is very thorough and clearly explains everything. I leave after a visit knowing that I am in good hands.
