Bourne Manor Skilled Nursing Facility provided exceptional care for my father. From the moment we interacted with the admissions staff, we experienced outstanding customer service. They were responsive, informative, and made the entire process seamless, which was a relief after struggling to get responses from other rehabs.

The nursing and physical therapy teams at Bourne Manor are truly excellent and compassionate. They ensured that my father was comfortable and had everything he needed to maintain his independence. The care he received was top-notch, and it was evident that the staff genuinely cared about his well-being. He raved about the nurses and staff in unit 1. I interacted with the lead nurse on several occasions and felt like I got good updates and they took ample time to explain the medical issues and next steps.

I highly recommend Bourne Manor to anyone in need of skilled nursing care. Their dedication to patient care and their professional, compassionate approach make all the difference.

If I were only rating the Staff, Bourne Manor would get 5 stars. My husband was recently discharge after a short term rehabilitation post hospital stay. I would like to thank the CNA’s and the Nurses that took care of my husbands daily needs. The Physical and Occupational Therapist were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were very pleased with the care and compassion the entire staff at Bourne Manor gave to us.

My Mom, Eva, was here a few months ago for about one month, and the whole staff was amazing, from the nurses, doctor, physical therapists, activities director, hairdresser, and Kim in the office. She loved her cheery room in the back facing the parking lot with the big window with all her flowers/plants in it. Everyone there gave her such good care, I can't thank them enough.

Took My Mother out of Royal cotuit because it was terrible on every level so Happy she got in to Bourne Manor. Staff is top notch and they Care for the patients . My Mom is walking and PT/OT is Amazing. Tina is the Best she makes everyone feel like Family and goes above and beyond with the patients . Lots of activities and Food is good !

My aunt received physical therapy only while I was visiting. When I returned home to Maryland they stopped her PT and gave conflicting stories as to why. When I returned to take her home the staff told me that my aunt couldn't walk and that were using a 2 person Hoyer lift to get her in out of bed. When I got her home she was able to walk 10 feet with her walker. Two days later she was able to get in and out of the car and walk into a restaurant. If hadn't insisted on taking her home she would have spent her life there, bed bound because the physical therapist wouldn't get her up.

My grandmother is a newer Resident here. I live out of state and was finally able to make it to visit my grandmother. Working in long term health myself Ive seen a lot of facilities. Good and Bad so I had no idea what to expect. I am so happy to be able to say that I felt the facility was warm, inviting, and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to answer questions (which is always very satisfying). Though we took grandma to lunch I did observe the meal pass which looked like a nice lunch. The only suggestions I have from a long term care workers experience are that the recreation team come up with some fun, new, exciting, meaningful activities for the residents. The activity calendar is very basic and there seem to be no evening activities listed. Also I did not visit the dementia unit but I hope Bourne Manor has a memory support program or quality of life program in place for those residents as those types of programs can truly have a positive impact on resident well being. Overall I would suggest them to anyone seeking short term rehab. or long term care. With Sincerest Regard, BT

My 96 year old mother in law went there for short term rehab. The nursing staff were so kind and compassionate. The dietary department did an amazing job of meeting her "picky" needs. I highly recommend them!!

Believe me when I tell you this is the last place that you want to bring your dying parents. The only thing they are concerned with is collecting the money for following guidelines on this covid-19. When in fact they have now received an executive order to allow people to come visit and people who are in hospice should be able to go in and visit their dying loved ones. And it is against the executive order issued by the governor to deny them the right to see their dying loved ones. I spoke to a State Rep who said he is in the process of trying to get this to sylheti closed and when it comes time I will be more than happy to go up and testify to what I have witnessed with my own eyes about the disgusting treatment. If you love your parents don't put them here
