we had shopped there years ago for some handicapped items. and were pleased with the selection and the help. We came back today for a cane ++ and found the person who helped us sullen, not at all helpful and felt as if she couldn't be bothered. the selection of items there was also much much smaller than years ago. We certainly would NOT recommend the place or the helper and will avoid the pharmacy in the future.

I would like to share the positive experience that I have had with the entire staff at Bouvier Pharmacy. I was in need of oxygen for cluster migraines. The first person I spoke with, answered all of my questions was kind and courteous. Within days my oxygen was delivered to my home. Every person I came in contact via phone or in person was top notch. I would recommend this Business 100%

My mom was in an assisted living facility for several years and now my mother in law is in a facility. Bouvier's medicine management is absolutely incredible. They are professional, kind, understanding and efficient. I can't say enough about their customer service. Outstanding!!!

I initially wrote a review in the heat of the moment and without actually speaking in-depth with my partner. That was not necessarily fair to Bouvier staff or my partner. I never actually gave anyone involved in the situation the time to discuss my concerns. Which after speaking to my partner was acknowledged and resolved as soon as she spoke to staff.

All in all, there is a reason my partner has stuck with them for medical supplies all these years, and now the pharmacy. She really enjoys the staff and feels respected there. That's also the reason she has continuously recommended and referred others to them. They have been good to her throughout the years. They are who she feels she can trust when it comes to these very important aspects of her daily life.

I love Bouvier and their customer service!
