October 2023 - Another great experience with Bradford. My mom’s stairlift stopped working again last night. I reached out to Bradford, who responded within about 15 minutes to say that he would be over today. He came and got it working again, which is a lifesaver for us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and super responsive. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience with Bradford. My mom’s stairlift suddenly stopped working today. I looked up repair places and found Bradford Medical Supply. Bradford got information about the stairlift and came out to our house within about 3 hours after I called him.

He was able to fix the stairlift, which was a great relief for us. He is friendly and on knowledgeable and we would definitely use him again.

There are no words to express my delightful experience with Bradford. My recliner chair stopped working late in the afternoon. Because of various health issues I use it as my bed. I called Bradford to inquire about a rental and repair options. That very evening a rental chair was delivered to my home and set up ready for use. They took my old recliner to evaluate and repair it if possible. My Old recliner was ancient. Mr. Bradford offered to let me buy the rental chair since it was working so well and fit me so well. He suggested a very reasonable price. The words trust, integrity, reliability and compassion describe Bradford Medical Supply. I recommend them with highest enthusiasm.

I would even give him 6 stars for the outstanding efforts he put forth to arrange delivery for a hospital bed to night. I had spent many hours endeavoring to locate an available hospital bed for my husband. Bradford, first of all answered his phone, then he listened to my urgent need. He was able to arrange for his team to deliver the bed tonight. He went out of way to help me care for my husband with a bed that would provide him comfort.
Yes, yes, yes... I highly recommend him to anyone needed assistance.
My husband will sleep well tonight with much gratitude 🙂

I absolutely love this medical company!!! My mom is now needing a hospital bed Mr Bradford is a angel sent from heaven he took good care of her. I was so lost on what to do an he supplied it right on time. If you need any type of supplies for you or a family member contact this company before you call any one else. After a brief misunderstanding (not anyone at fault), Bradford got me a scooter to use at the Convention Center. (Perhaps the last one available in the area - everyone else seemed to be completely booked, and this was Bradford's last one)... I was overjoyed with being able to see and participate in my event, and with working with Bradford. He bent over backwards to see that I my needs were fulfilled. He is a truly caring professional with a real passion for customer satisfaction. Thank you, Bradford, and a thanks to Lana as well, who was instrumental in helping me, too. Next time I come up for a show or any other event in the area, Bradford will be my first call!!!!

Bradford was incredibly helpful working with us as we explored procuring a child safety bed (the Cubby bed to be exact). Found him on Google after our in-network alternative didn’t go through initially due to contract negotiations, and he was transparent from the get go about how he worked, his experience, and went so far as getting on boarded with the Cubby team as well (for those looking at this in the future). We didn’t get a chance to work with him to the end as our in-network DME eventually figured it out, but would highly recommend for anyone looking a reliable, transparent, supportive DME in the area!

Bradford answered my urgent call for an Oxygen Concentrator on a Saturday AND charged us 1/5 of the price a medical supply store wanted to charge us! He was kind, patient, and generous with his time and equipment. Literally a life saver. So grateful!
