I’m in my work truck up to 16 hours a day. I lift and try to stretch daily to keep my back, hips and hamstrings from tightening up and becoming even more problematic than they already are . As much as I stretch there are some angles , positions and depths of a stretch that i just simply am not capable of performing myself . Emily , the owner , is extremely knowledgeable , gentle but firm and caring in her administration of her stretches. She seems almost empathic and able to intuit what a body needs and is capable of enduring . Her stretches subtly push me further than the static stretches i perform daily as maintenance . Her location is clean , comfy, convenient and well decorated . The music is soothing and relaxing and if i wasn’t so tight i’d likely fall asleep during all of my sessions. Thanks Emily, for helping me keep my body limber, mobile and healthy.

I started coming to Emily in September of 2020 with low back pain. I am a competitive Powerlifter with a history of back injuries, but had issues finding a good massage therapist that was intelligent enough to cater to my needs specific.

Fast forward three years later and I continue to go to Emily, and my body is the healthiest it has ever been. I have even moved away from her office (I live about an hour away now) and I still continue to see her. Since I have been going to her, I have competed in four powerlifting meets, winning best lifter multiple times. I could not have done it without her, for the beating that I put my body through.

If I had a dollar on how much I am thankful for Emily and her craft. The government would ask me to erase the national debt. I have been going to Emily for a good part of a year. I am a mail man by trade and very active in sports ei golf, slow pitch softball, basketball, volleyball, working out or riding my motorcycle. My most recent injury was this years first snow storm (2024). Slipped and fell, (Marv from home alone style.) my mail went everywhere my mail bag full of parcels hit my face. Emily is great! She listens closely and tailors treatment to your body and injury. She follows up with you a few days post treatment and uses that information for your next appt.

I had an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. I saw many doctors and had 2 long rounds of PT without improvement. MRI results recommended surgery. I tried Emily as a last resort to avoid surgery.

My first visit was a learning curve for us but the 2nd visit eliminated one of my stubborn and serious areas of pain! I'm still in treatment with her as we have found some of the deeper muscle pain to be more stubborn. It has definitely improved but I'll keep treatment up as long as I'm still improving. I'm already past any decision to have surgery, so everything forward is bonus to me. Emily does fascial stretch therapy, massage therapy, kinesio tape, cupping and more. She will develop a plan with you and for your specific issues - very individualized. She has helped me.
