This is like a insurance Scam company!!!!

My mom hurt her hands and she doesn't have insurance. As such, we decided pay out of pocket for treatment.

A wrist brace they changed $38, but only $10 at CVS. A fastform brace they changed $ 200. What a joke.

Cannot believe this, they collaborate with Orthopedic to trick insurance money.

I also called the customer service, they said if pay out of pocket will have 5 % discount. But they did not apply. They outsource customers services to other country, very bad and unethical services.

if you are ever at Urgent Care and they offer you a Breg product TURN IT DOWN!. They will bill you (not your insurance), you will give them your insurance information and they will make up some excuse that it is not active. They will try to wear you down just so you will pay the over inflated price. I turned them into the BBB. You should too. They FINALLY after MONTHS and calls billed my insurance but they hugely inflated the price, I think this is considered insurance fraud. I reported it to medicare and my insurance company, I hope they go out of business. Sorry to the employees who work there, but this company is completely unethical.

My son broke his thumb lately and was seen at Stanford children's clinic. When offered the brace we were not informed the price. Thankfully I took a picture of the box. A little later we received the bill from Brag company on amount of $157.10 though EXACT same model on Amazon including fees and delivery costs $17.70. After contacting Brag bill department they confirmed this is the same model and the price difference is correct. The price increase for 887% is definitely not ok for us. Do not recommend this company for the pricing reason!

I love that they make very sturdy braces for the dislocating knee! If you need a good strong brace these braces are it. If you happen to need a return they are great and efficient with your return. You will need to email them if you need a return, but it’s a good company that provides very sturdy knee braces!

For nearly $2000 you would expect that they would sew a piece of felt to the backing foam, but I guess it's in their interest that you just keep buying new ones.

over charged me , please be aware and look up the pricing of any product you receive, even though the estimated cost is low
my estimated out of pocket cost was 60$ , and insurance was charged 300$ and I ended up paying 160.48$ out of pocket

I received a thumb and wrist brace that is 20$ from any online vendor. my insurance was charged 300$ , and I was asked to pay 160.48$ for a 20$ brace .
the the clinic charged me 160$ to handle me the brace ( place application fees)

so total cost of the brace was around 460$ for a 20 dollar brace
No, there is no way to file a claim as I was told by their agent there is no pricing claims to be filed as per policy

Quite literally the worst company to deal with in regards to medical billing. They charged me $900 for a brace for a knee surgery in November of 2021. My insurance sent me a copy of the eob saying what they paid them and what I owed. They aren’t even accounting for the portion I paid in the bill. They are just illegally double billing me for the brace as if they didn’t receive payment from my primary insurance. Not to mention they have my secondary insurance who needs more information from them but they aren’t supplying it. They are totally useless and I am reporting them to the attorney general for the state of CA and the bbb. Hopefully someone will force them to do something to fix their system and call them out for double billing people because what they are doing is insurance fraud. You don’t get to bill me full price because you don’t like what the insurance says I owe.

If I could only give them a negative star review I would. Only gave them 1 star, because I had to. They sent me a bill 16 months after date of service. Claimed they tried to bill my insurance but was not covered. Then claimed that they had delay sending it to me due to computer system problems. Asked to provide me details on how long they can legally send me this bill and since I only wore brace for 3-5 days and is in excellent condition, can I send it back. NO ONE EVER called me back. Called them back and asked them to send claim to new insurance since was transitioned to new company shortly after date of service. They were reluctant to email claim to new insurance and cc me to ensure this would be done in timely manner. After long hold and pushing, they agreed but still waiting on the email. NEVER have seen a provider do such poor business.
