From the front office staff to the owner, everyone is absolutely wonderful. Everyone participates in your care here. They clearly enjoy being part of this team and they care about how you are doing, what are the next steps to make you feel better and how can they get you on the path towards not needing them anymore. First appointment today did a few tests, so nothing was strenuous. The office ladies were kind and made me very comfortable. Chris administered the tests, filling out forms with humor, not dour or tied up, filling out paperwork online.

BPT knocks it out of the park with quality therapy, support, and services that exceed expectations. The clinic itself feels like an old-timey Mom & Pop business, but just because BPT and its staff are “homey,” helpful, and caring doesn’t imply they’re behind the times. Quite the opposite. BPT is plainly geared for results, meeting clients “where they are” and building tailored plans for success. State of the art equipment meets state of the art staff, with excellent therapy, customer service, communication, documentation, feedback, and clinical goal posts to assess progress and adapt plans. Not splashy or self-important, BPT’s confident but soft-sell demeanor immediately puts clients at ease. I heard more than one client (okay…I mean one client besides me) say they’d like to work at BPT. The atmosphere is just that warm and welcoming. I was referred to them for a rotator cuff issue and am already seeing improvements. Between the onsite therapies and exercises/stretches they’ve given me to work on at home, I’m increasingly confident there’s light on the horizon. Therapist Perry is an absolute gem!!!

Chris Holyoak and his team are excellent. I feel they pushed me to recover very well from a shoulder injury. Appointments were easily scheduled. They were always quick and efficient to reschedule or make the next appointments. Always a delight to come in...even if physical therapy is painful and a chore. Their expectations for recovery and home care were reasonable, they were easy to communicate ton and I felt valued. I will be recommending them to others as I felt I got the very best of care.

After shoulder surgery in September, I revisited BPT for therapy. I was received and treated professionally. My treatment was designed for me and for my best recovery. The staff is friendly and caring. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.

I am coming here because I am getting the bariatric surgery, and it requires me to do physical therapy before hand. At first I thought I would hate it, but Chris and Joey made it a wonderful environment for me and they make me feel as comfortable as possible. They are also funny and very optimistic, Brianna is also very nice. If you are looking for a place to go to physical therapy, this is the place! I rate it a 10/10.

Best experience!!! Staff is exceptional and if you are serious about improving your quality of life and recovery this is the place to be! I am beyond thrilled and thankful for everything they have done for me. Living with fibromyalgia had me almost home bound..thank you Bremerton physical therapy..now I'm enjoying life again!!!
