Im usually dissatisfied with all Brevard health alliances doctors office for one reason or another, so when I say the heritage location that's on Grant St, Melbourne, Florida exceeded my expectations, I sincerely mean it. Ever since I started going to that specific location I've been extremely satisfied with the provider's down to earth & still professional approach. Lynn Springer's, APRN, compassion is expressed through her voice, her actions & her willingness to actually listen to the patient and it resulted in me being able to resolve a very serious issue I had been dealing with for awhile because it was prolonged by other health care professionals. So to sum it up, I'd have to say it's the BEST doctors office I've ever been to and I'd recommend this location to anyone because of the staff all together!!
