Our family cannot thank you enough for saving our spring break vacation and wedding anniversary. We realized my 82 year old mother in law left her scooter key at home when we were an hour from boarding our cruise. We arrived just as they opened and they were able to fund us a spare key so my mother in law could use her small scooter. Again, we cannot thank you enough and if I could give your store a sky full of stars, I would. Please visit them for all your medical supply needs. They were prompt and quickly resolved our problem, fulfilling our need.

I called then my husband called on speaker phone both times we asked if the masks were included in the CPAP rental and both times we told yes. I drove called doctors to get prescriptions only then dove 40min EACH way only to discover they lied. I wouldn't trust a word they say!

Excellent medial equipment company. It was extremely easy to rent equipment and schedule the delivery. I had to make a few changes to the order and the company was very accommodating. The delivery and pick up was prompt and professional. Everything went very smoothly!

I was in a really tight spot and desperately needed a commode chair today, a Friday. I tried everywhere and with some companies I didn't even get an answer and others didn't have them in stock. I called Brevard Medical and they not only had one but helped me 10 minutes before close without making me feel rushed and found a rental in stock. They were so friendly and easy to work with!

Highly pleased! Called as they were about to close. Had ordered 2 tries from Amazon and neither worked. This store had something in stock, price was competitive, this person was very helpful, even said he'd be there a short while if we were coming right now. Within minutes we made a purchase knowing if this did not work we only needed to drive a few minutes to return it! I will go back if need additional items that they carry!!

This is by far the best place to call or visit if you need help getting information about portable oxygen concentrators. Their oxygen technician Erick is the most knowledgeable person i have talked to about the portable concentrators, and I've called at least 4 places! I am very impressed with his knowledge and his personable customer service. In fact, i was so impressed with his knowledge and customer service, I'm going to buy one. He is a great asset to this company.
