There are some really tough realities in life. One of them is losing a loved one. Bridges Health Services comes into your life at the toughest time and literally holds your hand and walks you through. My grandmother and I lived under the same roof for 28 years and the loss of her was a heavy blow. Bridges walked us through the end of life process and made her passing so peaceful and comfortable. Our family was able to savor our last moments with her and feel comforted that everything was taken care of. Literally EVERYTHING was handled through them. It was such an intimate experience and a really hard time was made a little easier. Now they are servicing my aunt in her last days and again they have taken so much pressure off of our family and we are able to just enjoy our special moments with her.

Bridges took excellent care of my mother in law. They were extremely detailed, constantly followed-up with progress notes, and were quick to respond when I called/emailed/texted. We knew my Dad had taken a sharp turn realizing cancer was closing in as his pain increased dramatically and his Doctor decided it was time for hospice care.

After having very disappointing service from the first hospice company with a nurse coming every 4 days for a 10 minute vitals check, not realizing how much pain my Dad was in, we were so grateful for Supreme Hospice.

Almost immediately their head nurse Yolla arrived and took over making sure my Dad was out of pain and comfortable. She stayed by his bedside for a couple hours to really assess what was going on. Shortly after we met Roger who would be my Dads regular nurse and Lorraine, the chaplain offered her support throughout. The difference in care was night and day.

As a family processing what was happening and not having the support from the first Hospice company putting the burden of managing my Dads care on us was more than we could handle.

Getting the right Hospice company is so important to have a company you trust to take care of your loved one so you and your family can focus on spending time with them. There is a dramatic difference in the care your loved one will get depending on what company you choose. Things move so fast and it’s such an important decision in these times, don’t leave it to chance, tell your Doctor you want Supreme Hospice and know your loved one is getting the best care possible.
