Heather Doucette, NP is great. She listens carefully and gives her recommendations. She is clear and easy to understand. She is thorough and comes into the room prepared. She also does the work on the back end of the visit making sure prescriptions go through and the insurance company has the information they need to fulfill the request. Also, the office is hard at work to make improvements with the speed of how things are entered electronically. This is a one-stop shop with many tests available on site. They are extremely organized and efficient.

Entire staff was extremely courteous, showing genuine care in making sure my experience was as quick as procedures allowed for, while also making it clear and easy regarding medications and next appointments. The check in staff, despite a very busy morning, were cheerful and easy to talk with, making the process very simple.

Heather was very attentive, checking with me about things we had discussed previously without me needing to bring them up myself. She also, as she often does, made sure to remind me that if I needed help with anything, such as referrals, to simply let her know and she would take care of it for me to the best of her abilities.

I highly recommend both the practice and Heather.

I was very impressed at check in to see one person handling the check-ins and outs while handling the phones and many other papers being put on her desk.. she held her cool, never got frustrated and handled one person at a time..
Jillian was as sweet and soft spoken as in her photo, took the time to let me speak and was very thorough. I look forward to continuing on with these people.. and I will spread the word as so many people I know just can’t seem to find a PCP at all.. thanks for your kindness and professionalism..

She never makes us feel rushed and takes the time to provide detailed explanations.

Selina also goes above and beyond by making sure that all instructions, orders, and appointments are properly coordinated with the front office staff. Her attention to detail is impeccable.

I've been a patient since 2012. It used to be a great office. But as of recently it seems the turn over rate of employees there is insane. The level of professionalism and bedside manner has gone down drastically. I had a medical assistant walk into the room, while I was gowned in with the NP, without knocking, which was incredibly unnerving and made me feel very exposed. I was used to seeing a particular person in the office and very much put trust in her and she's since left to my knowledge to go elsewhere due to the poor situation there.

DO NOT GO HERE. I'm been a patient here since 2018, in the past two years I've only been booked with Nurse Practitioners and have not been able to see Dr. Terzian, I don't believe he sees patients anymore. The reception staff is rude and I've had to argue with them to get an appointment. The last time I was ill, they only offered me Telehealth and I asked how they would listen to my lungs over the phone (true story). Turned out I had pneumonia and needed to go to the hospital after leaving their office. In the past year I've had upwards of 10 cardiology tests and no one has called to give me results and it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Now I'm trying to have medical records transferred to my new PCP and I've called twice and emailed once with no luck. This is a practice that tests to bill insurance, they do not truly care about their patients. Please do not waste your time.

NP Cardin is fantastic! She has been integral in helping me get my health on track. I haven’t been to a doctor in a number of years and she was able to set me up well to get all my health concerns taken care of. Thanks to NP Cardin, I am feeling much better and on my way to a healthier lifestyle!
